I love Subway, always have. Lately, it has not been enjoyable.. There is a woman who is ALWAYS miserable and in a horrible mood. The hours say until 930, however it really depends on their mood. As I was told one evening, it is “based on business that day, cuz if they dont make money, they cant pay us”. (Pretty sure it doesnt work that way..) Tonight I was there by 815. Sign was off, food was put away, and the mop was in front of the door. I opened the door anyway and asked if they were closed already, to which she scoffed “No. What kind of bread?”, as I am still standing halfway in the doorway. Getting more and more annoyed as I asked her to pull out veggies for my sandwich. I never have an issue with the food when I go, but if you want some, you should get there by 730.. Just in case.

The bread at this location always seems to be stale or hard. It isn’t baked the same day freshness that I prefer. My in all purchases are never prepared on time and ready for immediate pick up. I do wish this Subway was in it’s own setting instead of attached to a super busy gas station that shares its inside space. There are no seats available to enjoy your meal if you wanted. The one table provided is on the gas station side and is usually occupied by someone playing scratch offs. I love Subway and this is the nearest one so I unfortunately don’t want to rock the boat, but I do wish they had fresh bread. That has always been the wow factor for Subway, the freshness. Now, the staff, they have always been nice, but the turnover must be crazy. It’s always new faces.

Subway in Easton has always been great. Never had any problems after over 15 years of eat here. That being said, the last few months have been TERRIBLE. There are employees who are miserable with their jobs enough to mess the food that you are paying for up. Flies landing on your food. Workers saying “they have had a flipping enough” in front of customers. 20 minute lines. Cutting your sandwich to the point its broken in crumbs and ripped. Not heating your food long enough. Not cutting the vegetables right or refusing to take something off your sandwich. The icing on the cake is not offering to fix your sandwich for you when you are the paying customer. Let workers go that make you lose customers.

Such a disrespectful woman, I ask for napkins because they don give me any and she took a bunch she was cleaning her station with and give me those. Took the order the person behind me and being nasty. “Funny “she was discriminating towards me and my family. She was using a scalpel to put anything out into the food she was serving very disgusting! Never again!

I came in to buy a subway for my son. I did not see the breakfast menu and I asked for it. The black lady came out and said no to me and asked me to go to Dunkin’ or McDonald’s and walked away. It’s a really bad service… she needs to be trained or fired…

I received the order 5 minutes ago. It’s from your store, but a curvy black lady working there, whose name I don’t know, treated me with an arrogant owner’s voice and a sarcastic attitude. Employing such poor quality personnel will harm a quality company like yours. I hope you will do what is necessary. Thank you. He should learn to respect people.

I went in for lunch and found a very long black hair in my sub. It was too late for me to go back but to make matters even worse the store was messy and the workers were rude. And I watched them use the same knife they used for the person in front of me for my sub without cleaning it.

When you try to call an order in no one answers the phone. And it says mail box items full. We work just like they do so we have to put our order in and one designated person go and pick it up but you can’t do that if no one answers the phone. And about ordering on line we have done that also and order got screwed up. That’s why I rated it so low. Other wise the food is good. They should have more help. Because it’s not fair to us or you guys. Because you all lose money and we can’t eat where we choose to and still be able to eat in our lunch appointed time frame.
