We are stopped for one night here in Sault St. Marie. This sushi was super fresh, rice was nice and soft and the fish was delicious. We got a combo and two rolls, ordered pickup through Uber Eats and it came to 42$ with tax. Me and my husband were perfectly full. So whether that is not a good deal or worth it, I’ll leave that up to you. Order was ready in 20 minutes, there is a couple benches to sit on in the restaurant while you wait. Highly recommend!!

Ordered sushi and the rice was hard the woman on the phone spent a good three minutes trying to convince me that cooking everything in the morning was the same as cooking things fresh to order. If you value actual care and effort put into your food avoid this place. If you’re happy to eat the equivalent of gas station sushi go right ahead. Rice should not be slimy you are going to get someone sick.

Just in case anyone was wondering, it’s a take out place! So no seating. Came in here not expecting much since I’m a vegetarian, but oh my, I ended up ordering TWO vegetarian rolls and they were amazing. I’ve been thinking about them everyday since. And you know when you get something without meat and you forget you’re the odd one out because it just tastes so…normal? Yea, if you know you know. But that’s a GOOOOOD feeling. I wasn’t a fan of their miso soup, but I haven’t had it too much so I can’t say if the issue is them or me also their matcha isn’t very sweetened, so probably not the pick if you like sweet drinks.

We ordered here for the first time since we had not yet tried to the food here. The food was good. But for the price we paid. It was not a value and will not be ordering again. Our bill came out to 87 dollars. We got 2 special rolls and the noodles came in a box that had to have water added. A single serve that you buy at Walmart for a dollar.

The best sushi in town, Im so glad this opened in the Soo. I was missing good quality sushi since I moved here and this place is amazing. The fish quality is very fresh, the staff are friendly, the prices are great and the food is so delicious. I will be back!

They were wonderful for accommodating my gluten allergy and the food was mostly delicious! The only thing was that there were hard pieces of skin in the smoked salmon (in the Philadelphia roll). I bit down on too many in that roll and it hurt. I feel like for the price, maybe just abit more attention to detail so this doesn’t happen again. Otherwise it was good!

I never expected to wait so long for a Philadelphia Roll, eh! I wanted to try this place for the first time, but I won’t be coming back, I don’t have the patience to wait for over 30 minutes for such a basic order. They prioritize the expensive orders first, So, if you’re not planning to spend at least a hundred bucks, I don’t recommend this place.
And don’t even get me started on the customer service! There wasn’t even an apology from the staff working there…
