This was my first visit to any WaWa location. Had always heard that their sandwiches were fantastic and I can agree now. I had the club sandwich with pepperoni added and a strawberry lemonade. Both were awesome. It’s a brand new location in Fairhope so obviously it was very clean. The staff was friendly and they seemed to be very diligent about keeping the areas clean. The ordering experience at the self-serve kiosk, then going to another register to pay, then coming back to pick the sandwich up at one place then the lemonade at another… a little weird but obviously something I would be prepared for on my next visit. Overall very nice experience.

Love this place. Great selection of items not typically found in a gas station. The coffee is always delicious. The managers are helpful and just as visible and working like the other employees. And issues I have ever had , which are very few,a quick phone call took care of it professionally and satisfactory. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Mariah are fantastic no matter how early or late it may be.

Whole different vibe! It was my first time going today and I got a sweet smoothie with chicken sandwich both good and fresh as well as nice employees and very clean. I hope Foley gets one in the future! Feels like a smaller Buc-ee’s and way less crowded.

I love Wawa. Never miss an opportunity to visit Coffee-topia! Except maybe here.
Seriously, almost gave it three stars. Why?
First, out of hazelnut coffee. I just like a hit in my cup (quarter inch) and then the rest regular. Out, however. “Tell us if we’re out of your favorite” or whatever, so I mention it and an met with “oh well, sorry”.
Annoying, but I move on to regular. Empty! Mention it to staff and they lift the Columbian to tell me it’s half full. “Yeah but I’d like regular” met with an eye roll. He finally turned around and pushed the brew button.
I come back a few minutes later and fill up. Then go for a lid. Now every Wawa I’ve ever been to had both flip back and dome lids. Dome lids evidently not an option here. And the paper cup tastes strangely flowery.
Hey Wawa corporate – for the love of coffee, take a page out of Sheetz’s book and offer styrofoam cups. Test both and see what your customers prefer.
Kept an extra star because they didn’t charge for ice. Thanks for that.

We’ve only used the coffee area so far and are impressed! Self-serve drip coffee is very good. Several people were making use of the barista for hot and cold espresso drinks.
You can order freshly made breakfast, avocado toast, sandwiches, burritos, and smoothies. We were greeted with a case full of beautiful pastries and donuts. There is a refrigerated selection of healthier grab-and-go options. Easy self-checkout is an option and the prices are good. There is a thoughtful ergonomic flow to the whole set up, placement of napkins and other extras. Bravo!

Being that this is a new gas station I’m thinking it would be worth the drive from Mobile, but it’s honestly NOT all that maybe bc I’m a vegetarian and NOT all places offer my type of menu and that’s why the food star was a 1 . This is really a place for beach goers but NOT too many bc the building is NOT that big, and the food portion is in the front with no sense of directions (yes they have signs order here and pay here, but you don’t know who ordered or who’s standing waiting for their food) and it’s just way too much especially for a person that have anxiety. Paper menus would be nice this way your customers can know what you have to cut down on deciding what you want. So again if you’re in the area or coming from the beach it’s cool but just going to see what the hype is NOT worth it to me, you can see below what I end of purchasing

We were there for the grand opening! We arrived at 7:45am, and there was a line of people already waiting outside. But the line moved fast as soon as the doors were opened promptly at 8am. We were welcomed by the manager and crew, and they gave us free coupons strung on lanyards, t-shirts and clappers. We were inside the store by 8:05am. Sat outside for breakfast and enjoyed the music from the DJ and the nice weather. We had bagels, croissants, and hash browns, with free iced coffees because it’s the grand opening. We also had donuts, cheesecakes, pineapple upside down cake and salad to go. I’m glad Fairhope finally has a convenience store that’s open 24 hours.

Ordered two smoothies for them to tell me I did not pay and order (I did). The barista then proceeded to drink my two smoothies in front of me. Immediately spoke to the manager, when brought up the fact the barista had drank my order, she proceeded to laugh in my face and refuse a refund. The barista, resembled Dobby from Harry Potter, then proceeded to giggle as I walked out. So frustrated. No money back. Never got my drinks remade or taken. Absolutely ridiculous. awful staff, awful service. an hour and a half of my life wasted.never coming back and telling all of my friends my husband is a lawyer watch out wawa.

Ordered through the app, prepaid, with no one else in front of me sandwich took over 15 minutes to be prepared. Workers do a really good job at ignoring people too. Not really pleased. I could only imagine the wait times when this place is busy.
