In the 6 months that we have lived here we have ordered from this location countless times, often with issues in the order. Over the last few weeks I have ordered from them at least once a week, usually a pickup order.
Tonight I ordered two medium pizzas & 2 sodas for delivery. One pizza was completely destroyed, looked like it had been dropped and smushed back together.
When I called to ask for a refund or replacement the girl I spoke to was very kind and understanding and assured me they would remake the pizza and have another delivery driver bring it, although it might take 30-45min.
They also gave us water instead of the soda I ordered and paid for.
On top of the 4.99 delivery fee I added a $5 tip. Only to receive garbage pizza that wasn’t edible and water instead of soda, which I’m sorry, you can’t mix those up.
Here we are 1:30hrs after I was told my order would be replaced and I am on hold waiting to speak to the manager. When I was told he “was busy making food for customers” I responded that I am a paying customer who already paid and didn’t receive what I ordered, was assured it would be corrected and replaced and here I am still waiting. I am currently acting as a single mom with 3 small children who need to eat and my time and money matters.
Loyal customers deserve more respect. I will not purchase from this restaurant again and I will be requesting a full refund as well as calling corporate.
Aside from the few friendly females that work there the customer service is garbage.

I have ordered here usually 1x monthly and the staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful, and the location has always been rather clean. I always get what I have ordered, and since I use the Domino’s App, I always get decent deals. For example, today, I am getting 2 large pizzas, a Caesar salad, and a bowl of Mac n Cheese (delicious, btw) for about $35. I have never heard of $45 for a pizza like one of the other reviewers, so I am not sure if he is smoking something. Perhaps his hometown does something different but I have always had pleasantly predictable and dependable orders here.

They dont wear gloves…need I say more? The guy just bare handed the pizza crust after dealing with the 2 liters and cash register. I asked if he could at least wash his hands first and he said the manager likes to keep the cost of water down???

The delivery driver Keith Poppa was prompt and polite. He had a great sense of humor and deserved his tip so please don’t forget to tip the drivers.

Why does it seem that the further I get from Domino’s farms in Ann arbor, Michigan ( Domino’s Headquarters ) the more difficult it is to get a good pizza from this franchise? You can spend $45 on a 14-in pizza and it’s barely even a quarter inch thick when it comes to your door. I can get better food quality and value going to a sit-down pizzeria. This review is not based on just one experience. It’s based on every experience that I’ve had with this one particular location as well as several around the country since I travel for my occupation. This one in particular was one of the worst. If what I wanted was a snack, I could go to the dollar menu at McDonald’s. If I want a meal and I want to pay 45 bucks for an average pizza meal I expect my money’s worth. I will say that they were friendly the first time I called and complained and yet when they made the pizza to replace what I had complained about, it turned out to be just as measley as the first pizza. The quality was a little bit better but the value was horrible. They’ll tell you that everything is measured but I guarantee you I can show them another franchise that makes a much better Pizza. You won’t complain about spending that kind of money for.

Impossible to order through the Dominos app. As a resident of a 50+ year established neighborhood that is 1 mile from the store is apparently out of their delivery area. Oh…and don’t bother calling the store either. They never pick up the phone. You fail! Never will you get my business.
