I went with my sister to get a sandwich. The store listed online that it closes at 9 PM. We arrived at 8:45 PM to locked doors and two staff members that said they were closed. Thank goodness for the Windsor location. They stated they were open until 10 PM and made our order.

The associates were nice, wore gloves, but didn’t sanitize hands between glove changes. Also very strange the cashier grabbed my receipt & balled it up in her hand instead of giving it to me. Standing there in front of me hiding the receipt. I took long to gather my order on purpose to give her time to give it to me, yeah I could’ve asked for it, but I shouldn’t have to. I was inside and ordered, ready to pay for my food, then the customer behind me pointed out to the owner that there were flies on the food…I requested a refund and told the lady, I noticed flies when i walked in and the lids weren’t closed covering the food.
