I ordered through the drive thru and the service was great. Very personable and this morning I scored a free sample of a delicious scone. For it being 6:45am all of the workers were in a great mood and chatty, and my drink came out quickly. I will visit here again for sure.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Dark Chocolate espresso shaker. I asked the person taking my order if they could change the dark chocolate to 1/2 white chocolate and 1/2 milk chocolate. I asked if they could make sure that I get what I ordered, and he assured me that I would get the drink that I ordered. I’ve been burned at this location before. I was told don’t worry thayve got it. Needless to say I didn’t get what I ordered at all. I’m very disappointed and probibly won’t use this location again.

It’s just disgusting food wise. Asks for tips at the drive-through. You are not any different than any other fast food dont ask for tips. Won’t be back. 22 dollors for 2 drinks and 2 muffins. The chicken made us sick, smelled funny, and tasted bad.

Ordered 16OZ and got small latte. Taste, etc. very average. Took about 5 min to get new beverage. For my trouble they could have offered the wrongly made drink to sip while I waited for the new/correct order.

I ordered a mango black ice tea. They gave me a large and I corrected them and asked for the X-Large. They then gave me an xL green tea. When I asked if my members number was me. They couldn’t verify. Disappointed. Several of your caribous often give the wrong tea. I will taste them from now on before driving away.
