A&W is the original franchise drive-in. Founded in 1923, long before McDonalds. They are first to be reviewed out of 13. Criteria will be the same. Signature double burger, large fry, and strawberry milkshake.

Was told to wait a moment at the drive through order kiosk while they caught up on orders. I drove away 5 minutes later. No one was ahead of me or behind me. As I drove past the pickup window, no one was at the counter and only saw one person sitting at a table inside. Would give zero stars if possible.

This A&W is not the burger joint of my youth. A combination KFC and A&W, it was staffed by a bunch of kids. We ordered quickly enough, and grabbed a table to wait for our food, a hamburger and a cheeseburger with fries.
The seating area was not clean. Many tables needed to be wiped down. We cleaned our own. We saw the workers in back standing around talking, or on their phones.
We waited about 15 minutes for our order. At one point, I approached the young female manager and asked about our order. She said they were waiting on the fries and they were about ready. We still waited another 5 minutes. The kid at the counter apologized for the wait.. My cheeseburger was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Cold patty, soggy bun, a few pickles. Terrible. The fries were ok. The root beer appeared to have run out and was mostly foam. Oh, and the bathroom was filthy.
Stay clear of this place. All of the one-star reviews are accurate. Clearly, this place is poorly managed, with lazy workers who need a leader to show them a good work ethic.

The rootbeer float is all rootbeer and no ice cream. So little was put in it melted immediately and there’s no float just rootbeer with cream. Sad it’s national rootbeer float day too and this is so disappointing

KFC Order came pretty quick. Only got two gravy with the three mash potatoes we ordered. Didn’t even get any of the sauces we ordered. Didn’t appear that they paid attention to the order they were filling. Probably due to the fact the they parked us and cleared the order.

A&W / KFC are always tasty. The root beer is excellent and the mashed potatoes always good. The service speed at this place however is ungodly slow. I waited 30 minutes and still no food. Everyone was. Apparently, as I found out, the reason for this was no one was working on completing orders for the dine-out, everyone was doing drive-through. Sounds like they need some better logistics over there otherwise it is going to annoy a lot more customers. I only had 30 minutes so unfortunately I wasn’t even able to stay to get my food so I just paid to wait 30 minutes. A&W/KFC please fix this logistics issue. Thank you

a bit disappointed!

12min passed, so i called. 2min later it came. Cold! no hint of warmth. and no napkins.

This is for the managers. Not staff.
I stopped in earlier on Sunday at around 4. It was lines to the door, and the drive thru was 6 cars deep. The staff was kind and as helpful as can be

Hire some more people, and raise the pay of those three kind people that are willing to put up with that kind of deck stacked against them.
The staff were great. But because there were only three, the dining area was gross, it took longer than normal to get my food, and I’m sure it was the same for every single customer visiting your establishment that day.

Terrible food/drink. Worst taste experience at an A&W. First the drink. When I tasted it I thought it was diet so I had them exchange it it for regular. Turns out it was way watered down because it tasted the same. I had t just throw it out. The fries were soggy and the burger was gross. Stringt tomato and smashed and unwrapped in bag. If I wasn’t hurrying to work I would’ve gone back for a refund.

Maybe the reason I had such a terrible experience was because it was Mothers Day but I got there a little after 7 and I waited 32 minutes in line and then they had me pull around to the front and I waited another 8 minutes before I went in, spent another 5 minutes at the register while employees ran around and then the guy went to find my order and couldn’t find it right away. All the while the guy at the counter next to me is yelling and getting mad because he has been waiting almost an hour for his food and about 6 other people had been waiting 30 minutes inside. My order was not even that big either. A few burgers and two fries. And because they forgot to bring my order out it was cold by the time I got home. I will give them another try but it wont be anytime soon.
