I usually love ordering here but today I was very disappointed to receive a message from my door dasher telling me they were completely out of bread…. How does that happen? If thats the case you should close down online ordering besides letting people order and receive thier sandwich with no bread. Im not sure what else to say Wow

The guys working were nice but I literally got a teaspoon of steak on my sandwich. I’ll put it this way, when I got home and opened it I couldn’t even see any meat, just cheese and bread. My Cherry Coke also tasted like grass and smelled of cleaner. This food cost too much for this kind of quality

The employees are great and I used to really love this place but since they changed owners its gone down hill 🙁 the toppings are next to nothing and they’ve completely gotten rid of the mall employee discount. Sad but there are cheaper places to go on my lunch break.

Ordered 3 sandwiches online. They only put 2 in the bag.. we noticed and told them and they said they were out of turkey for the 3rd sandwich. So, instead of telling us they were out and couldn’t make it, they were going to just let us pay for 3 and leave… they gave us 2 coupons for free subs after we addressed the missing sub. Now I’m opening my sandwich to find it’s missing onion, pepper, mushroom, and tomato. They said they are also out of tomatoes…doesn’t explain not putting onion pepper and mushroom but ok.. lastly we ordered chips… I bet this will shock you.. they were out of Chips!! So no turkey no tomato and no chips… now a simple phone call to let us know they didn’t have the items we ordered, considering we drove 30 mins to pick it up, would have been very much appreciated

This place is a joke. Food was ordered online, with specific ingredients to be removed or added, and ALL 3 of our subs were messed up. And on 2 of the subs, the extra toppings were only put on 1 half of the sub, the other side only had the meat and cheese. And how do you order 3 drinks with no ice, and all 3 end up fully loaded with ice. And these are the people who want $20/hour, but can’t make people’s orders correctly.

We live 2 minutes from the Mall and have never bought anything from Charley’s until today. We have been missing out ! I purchased the original Philly Cheesesteak and an order of the fries for my Husband and myself and the food was amazing !!
