Ate the ranch turkey bacon sandwich & fries. The sandwich was huge & delicious. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, & helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat. So glad I got this.

Food sucked. The burger was raw. The buffalo chicken had so much sauce on it. You couldn’t even taste the chicken however, the guy that took my order was very professional but the person making the food have no love for what he’s doing and I’m sure wearing a leather vest that look like he belonged in a gang it’s not a proper uniform for a restaurant. Maybe you should take some time and read the menu board on how to make sandwiches I worked at Arby’s for four years if you don’t like what you’re doing find a different job $25 in food went in the garbage because it was that bad

We needed to find a place to eat on our long way home from a mini Morgantown WV vacation. This was the closest Arby’s we could find and that’s what the kids wanted to eat. We really liked the size of the inside of the restaurant. It is bigger than your typical Arby’s and it was connected to a truck stop/gas station kinda store. Your typical Arby’s experience but we like to have the option to grab extra stuff from the store for the road.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich that isn’t always available so I was excited to get it. I was completely disappointed, I opened the sandwich and there was about a 1/4 cup or so of the chicken salad inside.

The new Angus cheese steak was horrible.
It was like eating a thick soup on bread, so much liquid and little pieces of meat in the liquid. Definitely not buying that again.

The first fries were cold and then they new ones were warmer and marginally better but their grease definitely needs changed! The roast beef sliders had two pieces in it I couldn’t even chew. 🙁
