This juice bar has some very tasty options. I especially like that all the ingredients are very high-quality and most of the drinks are not super sweet.
The protein powder has a hint of peanut butter. It taste great without being too sweet or having the tangy protein taste.
Their establishment looks very clean and well kept.

First time here. Ordered PB açaí bowl. Everything was pretty good except I was not aware their açaí base is blended with milk so it’s not very frozen. When I inquired about it, the server was so nice that he offered me to remake my bowl. Good service for sure!

Wanted some fresh juice after today’s workout, so I found this nice little place which turned out to have organic juice, that makes the place even better! The prices were extremely reasonable for organic juices and they had 3 size options. I picked the make your own and got a green mix for me and a red beet mix for my wife. You can pick 3 bases and then 5 ingredients for each drink which was super nice, more then most places let you pick. The juice was really really! I will definitely be back again!

Nice employees and super tasty and fresh ingredients. Love their extensive menu – from smoothies to acai bowls to booster shots. They also allow you to add super ingredients.

A local took me here for the first time about six months ago and I was surprised at how much I loved it. This place was enough to get me to convert to green smoothies! I come here every time I’m in town and the ingredients are always so fresh!

First time patron and cleanse! I recently scheduled a 2 day cleanse appointment. My appointment time was 8am, I was there when they unlocked the doors. I was told they did not have my order even though I had received several texts and emails providing confirmation. My order was taken again while in store and I waited 25 minutes for the smoothies to be made. I was not offered water or anything while I waited. I was given my order when it was completed and I headed home to start my cleanse.
When I got home, 8:45am I unpacked the order and noticed that not only were the smoothies not cold they were warm. When I called the store I was told I could drink them warm (no thank you!). I put my order in the refrigerator and had to wait another hour for the AM smoothie to chill. By this time I have not had anything but water since the evening before.
Having to start the cleanse 2 hours later than planned was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Due to the cleansing schedule my PM smoothie was not until 9:30PM.
I tried to call the store on several occasions to relay my frustrations to the manager, however each time I was told she was not there. My information was either not passed on or ignored. A shame that the customer service is lacking because the product is good. My 3 stars are based on product taste, value and store cleanliness.
I try to support small/local business at every opportunity and only patronize establishments that are customer service focused, so this appears to be a one and done.
Update: Thank you Cole for reading and responding to my experience at your establishment. Your concern and care for my experience has encouraged a second chance to visit Thrive Juice Lab. I look forward to visiting soon!
