Ive visited every dunks on cape. Worked at 2, not this one. Without a single doubt, this is the best dunks on Cape. Never had my order incorrect. Only time things were less than perfect was when it was absolutely swamped on a holiday weekend and the only problem was that it was slow. I drive out of my way to go here and pass 2 other dunks on my way.

The person taking the order was subpar. We ordered an iced coffee with caramel and a caramel macchiato. As you can see, we received 2 iced coffees. We ordered 2 vanilla dip donuts and received 2 vanilla cream donuts. I will say, the person at the register – Shannon, was very helpful and wanted to make things right. But it’s hectic to do so in a drive through with such a long line that did move very quickly.

This has to be the Absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t know why I continue to try to go back there.
I ordered a coffee when I was 4 miles out. Waited 10 minutes for my coffee. They made it wrong and then told me they had to make the other copies that were on their list first before fixing mine. I will not go back there ever. Please don’t waste your time going there

Was in the drive through line for about 20 mins for a drive through pickup. I went inside and politely asked the teenager at the register if I can pick up the order. He didn’t even look at me, said “no go back in the drive through line” I said “I’ve been in the line for 20 mins already, can you cancel the order then?” He walked away. I did not get my order that I paid for, that’s not customer service. Horrible staffing and service

Very unprofessional. When at the drive thru, we politely asked for a puppy cup. The server immediately said “no we do not do that here. In the past, we have gotten numerous pup cups at this location… upon receiving the nasty response, we tried to order a cup of just whip cream and immediately was interrupted with an abrupt no. This is not what I expect from Dunkin, and I will not be ordering from here again.

Visiting from out of state, the girl on the drive thru speaker was by far the rudest person we’ve encountered our whole trip. Impatient and snappy. Not to add how slow the service was.

Went there, got one drink, two sandwiches, and hashbrowns. Wrong drink, no silverware, went home and one sandwich was burnt beyond edible. Harder than a rock. Returned and politely asked for a new sandwich and was met with an eyeroll, the new bagel was fine but the sausage and the egg were not cooked. You can fix an oven but not a disgusting attitude.
