This place sucks! Ordered 4 footings on the app, got home to find out only 1 was what I ordered!!!! When I called, Temperance told me the only option I had was to bring the receipt in and they could remake them. I live out of town and couldn’t just “come back in”. Whoever owns this Subway needs to do something about this. This is not the first time my mobile order was not the one I ordered.

Walked in at 849pm now I have a job to so I understand walking in 11 mins before you close but you are a sandwich company its not like its that big of a deal but the guy behind the counter made sure to let us know we were being a huge inconvenience by walking in his door. So we walked out.. there was no reason to be rude.

I go into this location ALL TIME! Like most of the staff know me during the week and today was the worst experience I’ve had there! Rude and I asked for a footlong and he tried to give me the same amount of meat as a 6 inch. I had a very weird feeling about the atmosphere in there . I just left and won’t be back!

So I pay for double meat on my subs, spend 100 bucks on a dinner, and NOTHING was made right, no double meat, cold sandwiches. DO NOT GO HERE, WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

We were traveling through town today and stopped at this Subway on our way. The man that helped us with our sandwiches was so kind. The worker who was supposed to be there at 5 pm to assist him never showed up during the entire hour we were dining there. This gentleman (he had a beard and gentle smile, so sorry I didn’t ask his name) had to handle all the customers alone and he was getting hit left and right with walk-ins and online orders. He stayed so calm during everything and we observed him take wonderful care of each person one by one, remaining cool and collected during a very tough dinner rush. He made our whole day with his kindness to us and everyone who came through the door. He deserves a raise and more for keeping everything flowing smoothly and ensuring folks were well taken care of. He was one person helping dozens and it was all I could do not to want to jump in and support him. What a wonderful person and I just wanted him to know he made our whole dining experience so lovely. Thank you so much!

Ordered 2 sandwich’s for my dad and I to pick up during our lunch break online. We got there a couple minutes after the app told us the sandwiches were ready and they hadn’t been started on yet. Came back 10-15 minutes later to pick them up and found neither were made correctly. One was supposed to have double cheese and mayo and was just meat and bread, no cheese. The other was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, spinach and mayo and was just a regular cold cut with meat and cheese, none of the veggies or dressing. Called to have sandwiches partially refunded since we paid extra for 2 specialties that weren’t put on, however Subway required that we come back a third time with incorrect sandwiches and neither of us had time to do so again during our 30 min break.

This place has gone down hill and never has anything stocked. Want itl herb and cheese bread…. Well they have been out for 3 days. Provolone cheese… Out of that too. Speedy service… Good luck finding it. Idk why I give in every time my kids want subway. Way too expensive and disappointing

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order online nor order the outlaw! I placed my order online in hopes it would be ready when I got there. I was WRONG. The order was placed at 12:44 and the app said it would be Ready at 1305. Guess what the App was wrong too. Unfortunately I can not give names because they are allergic to name tags it appears.

I got there at 1304 and my simple order was not ready. They had not even started it! If I was on the clock and had been there on my lunch break I would be having a worse day. She did not even toast the sammich that was requested and very stingy with topping one sammich required Jalapenos one Jalapeno was placed on the sammich. Everything with this place is wrong and obviously no management.
