We ordered the meatball and beef sandwich platters for the Super Bowl and everything was a hit. Peter was super helpful in helping us decide how much to order — such a lifesaver! We came into Peppo’s looking for some great subs and WOW did we get it! Everyone was so nice, and our cashier Steve D. made our experience so wonderful! We talked about the old Peppo’s location and how great it is to share this food with generations. Our sandwiches were great, the staff is amazing, and we will definitely be back!

Don’t be fooled by the friendly service. I ordered two medium sandwiches, 8oz guts, 8 oz pasta salad and 2 bags of chips. Got home and there were no chips in the bag ($3.98). When I unwrapped the sandwiches there were only a couple of slices of very thin meat and two very thin slices of cheese. This was not worth $11.99 a sandwich, there was more lettuce and bread than anything. Very disappointed because the shop in Palos Hills was always great.

It really feels like the owner of Pepo’s has a lot of leverage over the other sandwich shops in the area, especially when it comes to quality. The food here sets a high standard, and it’s easy to see why Pepo’s stands out. Everything was fresh, well-made, and clearly a step above the competition. This place raises the bar for what a great sandwich shop should be.

I’ve loved Peppo’s since I was a little kid. This is a must-stop sub shop. As a former military spouse, I have done my share of traveling and eating subs from all over – this is the best sub sandwich place I have ever eaten at in my entire life! Turkey, roast beef, and cheddar with garlic guts is my go-to. Make sure to order your “guts in a cup” for to-go orders. You won’t regret trying this place out.

Attended Peppo’s during their ribbon cutting ceremony. This might be the freshest and best sub sandwich I have ever had, then the “GUTS” I don’t eat tomatoes so they made it with just pickles and onions and the rest of the flavorings it was delicious!
The owner and his staff were awesome. I loved the open prep kitchen so you can see your food being made, you can dine in, carry out or order a catering order. I will no longer be eating at those franchise sub joints this is my new spot!

As good as the original location! Friendly staff and the dining area is well maintained. If you’re new to peppo’s subs, do not… DO NOT skip adding Guts to your sandwich. You’re doing it wrong if you do.
