I used to love this restaurant. But the last time I went here they did not have the first two dishes I tried to order. When I asked what they did have, the lady walked away from me. I wasn’t rude about it, so I don’t know why she did that. I just left.

Always ready on time when you call ahead. Not a long wait either when just walking in. The food here is definitely better than most other places around. Their dumplings are absolutely delicious!

I don’t even want to give them one star but to comment I had too…. Horrible. We called in take out. Didn’t give us a time, ask our name or gave us a price. Hung up on us quickly. Got there to pick it up. Was told the total was $15 and when we got home our receipt showed she ran our card for $17. The food was not hot (more like room temp) and the worst part of everything… after my second bite… I noticed a hair wrapped threw my forkful. When I pulled it out, I realized it was either a pubic or beard hair. Regardless what it was, it was a hair and I immediately threw all of our food away. Never ever again will I eat there.

This place has to have the rudest, most ignorant staff in the universe! Called to place an order, she was so rude it was disgusting! Didn’t give me a time, no total, had an attitude when I asked for an upgrade, and talked to me like she had 30 people in a line out the door she was trying to wait on. This is the second time we had the same experience. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day last time. Nope! They really are just that foul and nasty on a regular basis! They will not get a dime of my money, ever again.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! The food is mediocre at best. You walk in and wait 10 min to even be acknowledged because cashier is paying more attention to her phone. First and Last time I will ever order from here.

Terrible!! If I could give less than a whole star I would! The first time I ate here the woman hung up on me while I was placing my order. Then when I arrived she was eating, and ignored me when I said I was there to pick my order up. When she finally stopped eating and took my card she forgot to give it back to me. When I asked for it she threw it at me and muttered something as the card sailed over the counter onto the floor. The general Two’s was mushy and lacked flavor and the crab Rangoons were nothing but cream cheese. Very disappointing!

The service was terrible. We went in, got our seats, and waited. Then we waited some more. Then a table of 8 comes in right next to us and the waiter takes their drink order right away. At this point we still hadn’t got out drink order taken yet. The waiter came back to them, talked a bit, walked past us and still didn’t acknowledge that we were there. That’s when we left.

No personality, the lady at the counter didn’t say anything until I told her I wanted to order… Food was covered in oil so bad. When I bit into my egg roll it was dripping grease. The chicken was rubbery and chewy. Very dissatisfied. Will never come here again.

The service was awfully rude. The average menu options are not the same as the general expectations of American Chinese food. When I asked for substitutions, I was over charged for them and then it wasn’t even what I asked for. I was not offered a replacement and when I asked for it I was told I had to pay for it AGAIN. This place was terrible. I will NEVER go there again.
