I’ve been here several times when it was in the Warehouse and loved it. This visit it was downright disgusting. Some of the worst food I’ve had in a long while! The chicken in both our meals was old? Some pieces were unchewable, some fell apart into dry little strings and others were complete mush. We removed all the chicken from both meals and honestly we were both pretty grossed out we didn’t finish the rest. I had the mixed veggies and the few bits I had some were unrecognizable and super mushy. Highly disappointed and probably won’t return or recommend.

They have a food truck that sometimes comes out to the Cron. Got a Korean pork bowl that absolutely slapped. Pure energy food. Will be getting again. Pork was super tender and flavorful. They had some sauce in a squeeze bottle that was also super very flavorful. Not too spicy, which is probably best for a bunch of construction guys. Hope to see their truck again very soon.

I rocked up to Wok’n’ Roll on a chilly Monday afternoon in March. I was surprised how quiet the Warehouse (the food pavilion this and many other food establishments are located within. Think: indoor beer garden but food instead of brews)
I read over the menu and chose a BYOB build your own bowl option and waited as the poor gal helped a customer at the counter complaining that they didn’t have water cups. The huffy, immature tantrum kept up, this grown man harassing Amy, the VERY patient and lovely employee calmly explaining why she didn’t have water cups.
Finally the mouthy and obnoxious man moved on. From this preliminary interaction I saw Amy deal with- I think she deserves the Nobel Peace Prize if not at least a statue erected in her honor and a definite RAISE!
I ordered my food, received a stellar food/sauce recommendation, was also given another restaurant suggestion for when I’m in Caldwell AND! AND complementary appetizers! Little cream cheese and veggie samosas that were so crispy and delicious!
My food was piping hot, fresh, customized to include multiple options not listed on the menu and all with such sweet and down to earth service. Both Amy and Tiger were so helpful, funny and have me local food recommendations. It feels like your family I. The way they take care of you! Go here, eat here, live every th ing and repeat. Tell them Morgan sent you. It’s heaven in earth!
Edit: I ordered a B.Y.O.B with half jasmine rice/ half soba noodles, mixed veggies, grilled chicken, yellow coconut curry sauce, a little Gucci sauce on top and added scallions, cilantro, onions, jalapeño & sesame seeds. All this for only $15!!! The bowl was massive and easily could have been made into two meals if I wasn’t such a ravenous monster today. Mind blowing. So. Dang. Good!

Been following these guys since they started! From Switchback to the Warehouse I’ve always enjoyed the great food, the hospitality & the consistency! Recently had their Pho & kickn’ shrimp tacos both real good. Good crust & flavor on the shrimp & great fresh flavors in the pho!

Truly an amazing environment, had amazing service, the madmandu pot stickers with the gucci and garlic aioli on top were amazing!! The spicy Korean pork bowl was delicious ontop of jasmine rice. Definitely will be back!!

Really tasty Asian bowl takeout in a cool food hall. You get to build your own bowl with a variety of proteins and vegetables. They also have tacos and appetizers. The bowl was fresh and hot and I will definitely be back if I’m in Boise again.
