“We don’t honor any discounts or coupons that corporate advertises” was the first words out of the employees mouth. And then after purchasing 3 meals there was an argument about the ability to get a promotion cup for my girlfriend’s son despite the clear language on the sign behind them that it was an additional charge.
It was the most cringe, obstructive attitude I have ever seen at a subway- and me and my entire party agreed we would never return to this location.
The blonde kid was clearly trying to help, but the manager kept interjecting and highjacking the conversation with objections.
Subway corporate would shut this store down if it watched the video from 8:30/2025 around 8 pm.

The two individuals they have working at this time are highly unprofessional. One could barley speak and got upset when you could not hear him, along with a overall awful attitude about him even the woman behind me noticing. The other employee was just as upset about something coming from the back. Rushing me on what I wanted on my 4 subs that I was purchasing. Skimped out on product and very disappointed in service overall. I will not be returning to this subway. I feel as if I was wrongfully charged $42 for what I received. I would be so embarrassed if this were my franchise and I had that working for me and representing my business. Hard to believe you’d hire people like that to handle food and be the face of your company.
