Awesome place to grab some food and a couple cold ones, the bartender/hostess was great and provided excellent service, all the other people there are really easy to get along with, and you should challenge the bouncer to a game of chess. That dude is crazy good at chess, they have it there along with alot of other games you can play on the outside patio. Get the boom burger.

I just moved to the area, however Ai am familiar with the area. The Pier is a cute little nook. A little hideaway with an eclectic and surfer grunge feel. Ladies behind the bar are beautiful, smart, and friendly. It’s a perfect spot for a breather from the typical “Hot Spots” in Hampton Beach but also very close by for when your ready to get back to the grind.

I showed up at this place last night leaving Wally’s after having a prime rib dinner. (8:15 pm) I went into the pier I sat down at the bar was greeted by the bartender very nice and she was busy so I waited patiently for my drink after she said , I will be right with you, I said okay no problem… to my surprise 5 minutes later I had the bouncer approach me and say you have to leave….( African-American )… I said excuse me? Can you please tell me why I have to leave? Bouncer replied back saying, ” it’s because of the way I saw you walk coming from Wally’s”. I explained to him why I had a limp because I had surgery on both my feet and I have screws and a plate with other screws in my other foot. ( I still have a limp when I walk from time to time). I explained to the bouncer I’m technically handicap and I have some issues with walking but he didn’t seem to care… I did proceeded to stand on one leg to show him how my balance is still good on my other leg but for some reason he thought that was not good enough… I had a prime rib dinner at Wally’s and I had one beer to accompany that meal! The bouncer apparently does not know how to do his job or verify if people should be there or not. Why did he wait 5 minutes later when I was already at the bar sitting down to embarrass me? why didn’t he just tell me I couldn’t come in to begin with @ the entrance ? I’ve never seen this bouncer there before in the past but he clearly doesn’t know how to deal with people! My visit as short as it was turn out to be an embarrassment and an insult! I will never go there again! If you’re handicapped in any way watch out they’ll just kick you out for the way you have difficulties walking. This place just lost my business in the future and I live locally here for the last 25 years! FYI, so now they discriminate people coming from Wally’s also?.. that was one of my thoughts just thought I would mention… I will give this rating more than a star if I ever get a formal apology at least if not then you know a little bit more about this place

Came during off season on November. Place was playing banger hits from the 80s. Bartender was nice got us drinks quick, burgers came out hot and with grest flavors and prices were fair. Definitely would come again!

Voted the best for clams, lobster rolls, and more. Waitress didn’t even know if the calamari or clams were fresh or frozen. Saw people ordering Rib Eye steaks, and it wasn’t even on the menu she gave us. We were told lobster was out of season. For a $40 menu item, and your bar is voted best lobster Roll for 2023… YOU KEEP LOBSTER ON THE MENU!! We went a few streets over, got a fresh lobster roll, clams, clam chowder, and great drinks. Never again will we go by best voted at Hampton Beach.

Went there yesterday. After looking at there web site. We went there with 5 people. 2 bomb burgers were great. But you have to order fry’s at an extra cost. 2 others ordered scallops for 29.99. When it came out we all started laughing what a joke. It was so small / the size of a cup. If you like burgers it’s very good but very disappointed in the seafood.

The food is probably the best on the beach & the place is decked out just like a Key West bar. Really nice atmosphere. 4 stars simply because it’s a pricey spot for what it is. $60 incl. tip for 2 burgers, 1 white claw, 1 red bull and a side of onion rings — yeesh!
