First time I came here they were doing the burger king crown promo where they give everyone the paper crowns. I’ve found over the visits the food is consistent, if you want the impossible burger they make it compatible with what you eat. Very rarely is the pace slow from order to pick up.

Went here yesterday for a quick bite to eat. This place gave fast food its name. I no sooner paid than they were reaching my bag. The order was perfectly correct, hot, and fresh. Food was great. Will return based on this interaction.

I went there on 10/2/2025 with my wife after I got off work. We decided to eat in the lobby as we haven’t seen each other much and wanted to just spend a few minutes together before we went home.
Firstly, when we went in there was no other customers in the store. Nobody initially greeted us and we had to wait for everyone to quit bs’ing infront of us before anyone would take our order. While the young guy was taking our order he was talking in his headset with the other team members and wasn’t paying attention to what we wanted which was incredibly rude. He was VERY rude during the entire transaction.
Secondly, we waited around 15 minutes for our food to be called or put on the counter or something. 15 minutes went by and NOTHING. My wife walked back up to the counter to ask what was going on and they had our food bagged and it was just sitting in the back in a bag even though we were eating in. They explained that they had “forgot” about us. All while the entire time we could hear and see them all just laughing and having a grand Ole time behind the counter.
Lastly, someone’s significant other come in a few minutes after we did and was there the entire time we were. Leaning over the counter just having a great time with them laughing which was incredibly unprofessional. The night shift manager was there through the entire thing and just let all of this go down.
Honestly at this point I don’t even care about the terrible sercice or the fake apology. I just want my $30 back i paid for my soggy whoppers and cold chicken fries.

Good food. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich but got mayonnaise with tomato’s on it. This has happened before when i went and got a plain original chicken sandwich and they put mayonnaise on it. Service was fast.

After standing there for 5 minutes. Waiting on someone to come to the counter. I go to order jalapeno bites but they are out, so I order #6 w/no lettuce, fiery. I get my food and it is a plan chicken sandwich. I take it backup to the counter and they ask if they can just put the fiery sauce on the sandwich. I turn around and walked away. I will not stop at this Burger King again

Horrible experience. Our orders were completely wrong. Called back told them about the problem, they asked if we’d bring the food back. Even wrote the order down on a piece of paper and they still didn’t get it right. The manager acted like it was our fault and was very rude. Then said where’s the food…I’m like right here! She then proceeds to throw it away. Won’t be returning to this location. Very unacceptable. No sorry, just rudeness.

But last time i stopped they didn’t want me to order what I wanted to drink. We wanted sprite to drink. We also ordered 3; steakhouse bacon whopper’s with brioche buns substituted for the regular whopper buns. Cause we can’t have seeds. I guess they don’t care what people can and can’t have.
I asked what they had to drink they said coke products I started to say 3 Sprites pleasem They said how about coke angrily Angrily I said ok. I guess they was in a Big hurry don’t know why we was the only person in the drive thru

I went through the drive-through. The gentleman who took my order, basically rushed me and wasn’t very friendly. When I finally had somebody come to the window to take my money after I had been sitting there for five minutes it was a really nice girl. She was very sweet, big smile on her face a real Pleasure. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger which I couldn’t wait to try and I was very shocked when I went to take a bite out of it and pulled out Along light colored hair, which I took pictures of I was so disgusted.

As I walked in the restaurant first time, I noticed how clean it was. The lady who was working the window took my order as soon as she finished sending out the order from the window . I have to say: my whopper was so delicious,. There’s very few restaurants that will make you a burger and your bun is just as warm as your meal. I give the lady working the window and the workers in the back a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will be back
