Server put on hand lotion(?) before or while making my order. All I could smell was lotion. Lotion does not go well with your product. I could not drink until I poured product into clean glass and scrubbed my hands. Only an inconvenience.

I visited the location at 4:30 on zero 425. I had my regular drink made for pick up and when I received it it looked different and tasted different. I told the girls making the smoothies and they refused to help me. I asked him if I could get something different and they said no I even asked to get another smoothie and they responded. No, they made it seem as though I was bothering them by even being in the store, I then asked them when the manager would be in and they said they didn’t know or a phone number for the manager, which they also didn’t know I even asked for their name and they covered their name tag and said they didn’t know. I’d like to understand why as a regular customer I was treated like this when I spend good money and choose this location when I can take my business to another location if this is the type of service you stand by as a business owner

Got one of their smoothies and it was real good, but the styrofoam cup was a bad idea to get, unless you are sitting inside. It had busted and lost $10 of food.

It’s better to order through their app because you have a lot more control over your order but the food comes out quite timely and I very much like how on the app you can order ahead so I can place an order for 6:15 at 2:00 a.m. if I really wanted to not to mention I love the bananas Go bananas

The smoothies were meh. We ordered 3 and drank one. Won’t bother coming back. I was looking for a smoothie with vitamins for my kid. Nothing on the menu the after we paid and moved to the side a menu was on the counter with additions of supplements you could add. Super busy. Out of straws.
