I had dinner reservations here for Valentine’s Day with my fiancée. We arrived at 8pm (I have to note it was tricky finding the entrance as they require you to use the side door and it was dark and slippery to navigate.) We were seated near the front next to the main door at a high top table and a view out the window. It was the ideal spot until it wasn’t. It got a bit chilly so we asked them to turn on the heater that was next to us at the bar area. I wouldn’t have changed the spot though, it was perfect for two. I was given a rose upon seating which I thought was thoughtful for the setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, definitely worth the wait, but we did wait for almost 2 hours. We received sporadic portions throughout the evening of garlic bread and we did order the cooper cheese triangles as a starter. They were melt in your mouth scrumptious. It definitely staved off the hunger for a bit. They even offered us free dessert for our patience towards the end of the night (had to go for cheesecake, divine.) so it didn’t go unnoticed. A waitress told us that everything is made to order; Understandable. I appreciate the effort that goes into each dish but I feel like maybe they weren’t entirely prepared. The restaurant itself is small. Our meals were delicious when they finally arrived. We both got Cajun Alfredo pasta one with chicken as a request and one with the standard shrimp. I would recommend giving them a go if you’re looking to dine out for a special occasion as it fits the bill. The ambiance is cozy, intimate and elegant. The food speaks for itself.

Took the wife out here for her birthday. Food was good. Service was pretty good. We got a reservation for 5pm and it was very slow when we got there. Others showed up around 530. Food wait time wasnt bad and the quality was pretty good. The waitress was pretty good with the kiddo which was a plus. Would recommend giving a try. Would recommend a reservation because it’s not a huge spot.

Let me preface this review by saying that I have been coming to Rosaliano’s for a few years now and prior to tonight, the food has been nothing short of excellent. Tonight; however, the food was borderline inedible. We were seated for a full hour before receiving bread, 1.5hours before salad, and two hours before our food. Please keep in mind that the restaurant is extremely small and was not full. When I received my salad, there was a piece of plastic in it. My mom ordered the seafood scampi which had spoiled muscles. I ordered the chicken francese which was awful. We both had pasta that was so overcooked the noodles were in a tight ball that could not be separated. When we explained this to the owner she said “we just got in our muscle order today so there’s no way”, “we ran out of the lemon sauce so we used lemon juice”, and “the pasta was in the end of the stock pot for the night so that’s why that happened.” She asked if we would like desert to go, which we did not respond to, as we were already there for 2 hours and ready to leave. She promised to “take care of us” but did not refund anything and proceeded to force desert on us to take home. She gave us peanut butter pie and we have a pretty severe nut allergy in our home. She kept saying “this is a really bad night for us, everyone is complaining.” Honestly, if the food was bad and handled correctly, I wouldn’t have even felt the need to write this review. Unfortunately, we still had to pay over $80 for our combined meals that we barely ate and left with a consolation prize that we could not enjoy. The servers were absolute dolls and that was the only saving grace of the night. I’m sad to say that we will not be returning and we can no longer recommend this place. Please go somewhere else if you want to enjoy a nice meal.

Food and service was amazing. Celebrated our anniversary here thanks to family who gave us a gift certificate. Alexis was our server and she was so attentive and kind. The food was out of this world, you won’t go away hungry.

Extremely disappointed. Waiting nearly 2 hours for our meals in a restaurant that has about 15 tables is unacceptable. When we finally did get our dinners, we were not impressed. Pasta was over cooked and the food was not worth the wait. And the service was very slow with very few check ins.

We had a great dining experience here with our friends Saturday night! Food was delicious, service was outstanding and the atmosphere was relaxed. Our waitress Melissa was friendly and did an excellent job. Even the bartender was so nice and gave us drinks to try! (That were delicious!) To top it all off the owner Tammy joined us and made us feel so welcome! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I ordered the chicken marsala; the sauce was delicious!! The chicken was served with fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. Before the dinner was served, we had delicious garlic bread and homemade soup.
As far as the service, the waitress was very friendly and she took her time explaining the specials to us. While we were waiting for our dinner, the owner came to our table to greet us.
The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere!!

It was extremely busy when we worked our way to our reserved table. The service was a bit slow, but the food was worth waiting for! From cocktails to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious and perfect! Highly recommend.

This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had a 6PM reservation for a table of 4 to celebrate a birthday, and despite the small size of the restaurant, the tables were overcrowded and uncomfortably packed. While our waitress was friendly, we waited over three hours for our meals, which never came. We were even mistakenly given another table’s appetizers. We finally left after 9PM without ever being served our dinners.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. We asked two different servers to check on our food, and neither of them ever returned to our table. To make matters more frustrating, multiple parties who arrived well after us and didn’t have reservations were served their meals before us. Absolutely unacceptable, and we will never be back.
