Service and Starbucks beverage met satisfying expectations. However, the drive thru (which usually consist of not too many vehicles of ahead of me after multiple occasional visits) seems to consist of a 30 min wait minimum each time; some times you’re at the window waiting for another few minutes before being greeted or handed your beverage after paying.

Got a white mocha/nope was mocha. no foam n it has foam then I let it sit for a bit because cup felt light for a $6.00 drink. Once it settled was missing a solid 1/5. My fault i guess i had already said bye to this chain. So for being a newly opened location they’re already on my Never again list.

I love Starbucks drinks, but what is up with the Frappuccino’s like why can’t they just put a regular amount of whipped cream instead of light whipped cream I shouldn’t have to be asking for more whipped cream because they’re going to charge me more also same thing with the caramel, The last time I was there, there was a rude girl through after I was done paying, I was putting my wallet away and she was like here you go super loud like hold up couple seconds!! This is one of the worst Starbucks locations in the area. The employees are rude and they do not make the drinks correctly. One thing I expect from a chain like Starbucks is consistency and this location makes no effort to provide that. I frequently order the shaken espressos and every time I come to this location they serve me my coffee with visible layers of syrup at the bottom so it has clearly not been shaken.

I’ve been ordering an espresso Macchiato every day for years, and it’s always been two shots of espresso with milk foam. Today, however, the barista decided to tell me that they don’t usually do that. I explained that I’ve been ordering it every day, and she said that they don’t have a spoon and that they don’t do only foam, even though I had paid for it. She had to ask her team members twice before she finally got double espresso with a dash of foam, barely any at all. It was very disappointing!
