This was my first time visiting this location and I have nothing good to say. The food station didn’t look clean at all. The meats and the vegetables looked old and as if they had been sitting for days. Then to top it all off, I purchased a fountain drink and filled it up 3 or 4 times with ice and each time there was black stuff on the ice and/or in the ice machine. Had I not looked in my cup I would have never caught that so I imagine how many people drank the black stuff from the machine. This was an absolutely horrible experience!

The veggie sub I got today at the Colesville Center Subway on Randolph Road in Silver Spring was pathetic and inedible. I got a footlong and it had only two pieces of cheese for the whole thing. TWO. Not even enough to make one layer. Also ordered avocado slices but got about 1/4 inch of of watery tasteless green spread instead. Management should instruct employees how to make sandwiches properly. This place is AWFUL. Stay away.

Very bad customer service, please avoid this place. The older lady has very bad attitude. Please don’t try to buy from there. If there is negative star I am happy to give -1000. I usually use use subway and have very good customer service, but this one look like they come from jungle.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. I came in with a couple of coupons, ordering lunch for my mother-in-law who recently had surgery and was really looking forward to a sandwich.
Not only was the woman behind the counter rude and unhelpful, she insisted I couldn’t use the coupons simply because we weren’t ordering what she wanted us to order. I explained that I was placing the order for someone else, but she kept pushing her own suggestions like she was ordering for herself. Completely unprofessional.
To top it off, she didn’t even make the sandwich correctly—no cheese, barely any flavor, and it was thrown together like it was a burden. For nearly $17, the sandwich should be flawless. Instead, it was dry, bland, and honestly a waste of time and money.
Safe to say I won’t be returning to this location. If customer service and food quality don’t matter here, I’ll happily take my business somewhere else that appreciates both.

Used to frequent this location multiple times a week. The last 2 times I went the manager or owner lady said it was unfair of me for ordering an egg sandwich past 11am and asking for a little bit more lettuce, or a little bit more mayo.
Same thing happened the 2nd time when I pulled out a coupon.
If you don’t want people ordering egg sandwiches past 11, just say so, don’t make the sandwich and then call me a cheater.
If you don’t want to accept coupons, then don’t have them mailed to my house.
Haven’t gone back in months. I’ll be buying my sandwiches much farther away where at least I won’t be ridiculed.

Typical Subway food. It was fine. Bathroom is a keyless lock but there’s no lock on the inside so anyone with the code can enter. Easy fix the owners should make. Recycling and trash bin is really just one trash bin. There are two holes but it all goes into one big trash hole. Would be nice to actually have real recycling.

Yesterday 2/24/25 between the hour of 4:30pm and 5:00pm i ordered a meat ball sub , bout 20min later I ended up violently sick vomiting extreme dizziness and very weak after . It is 9:11 2/25/25 and I am still dizzy an feeling week .
My vehicle is still parked at McDonald’s across the street with vomit in it still because I had to have my wife come pick me up because I was stuck in the bathroom and I could not leave under my own energy
