My mom, my daughter and I went here for lunch. The food was fantastic. I am a Mexican foody. Always looking for a great authentic place. The only thing I thought was odd is that they didn’t have any hard shells for beef tacos. They also didn’t make any .. ♀️ but it was fine. Everything was seasoned spectacularly and tasted phenomenal. We were not disappointed. The prices were also reasonable.

Average, nothing to go crazy for. Very drab inside. Pretty boring compared to what it used to be. Seems like they just threw paint on everything and called it a day. Maybe just not done yet? The food wasn’t terrible it just wasn’t very flavorful. With as many Mexican themed restaurants in Cadillac, you’d think they’d have come out swinging. They don’t have horchata, disappointing. Two taco dinners, 1 soda one beer about 53 after tip. Wouldn’t be mad to go again just not in a hurry to do so.

Came here on at a noon on a saturday and wasnt busy at all, plenty of seating, looked at menu plenty to order from. I ordered the salmon ob. And ot was delicious off there seafood section and my partner ordered their 4x combo and got one of each. Good quality is delicious, get some tacos! Those as hella delicious if thats your style. Plenty on the menu to choose from! PLUS large basket of chips and salsa!

El Maguey gave us such a wonderful surprise. Is saw pics of their food and everything looked so authentic, not covered in cheese. The pics didn’t tell the half of the story. The food was definitely authentic, fresh, and delicious. The service matched the food. I’m looking forward to returning!

The atmosphere of this restraunt was perfect. Very clean and welcoming. The service was great and we were helped right away. The food was amazing. I love a good authentic meal and that is exactly what we were seved! Prices are perfect to portion sizes.

Drove to Cadillac to check out the fall colors and stopped in for some mex. Ate here last year and it looked like the menu changed a bit, but the food was good and we took advantage of the posted specials. Margaritas were good and the burrito and tostada came quickly. Salsa, chips and drinks came out fast and were very good. Its a good restaurant for authentic mexican. We will be back

Well I can say don’t let the look of the outside and landscape fool you. Inside it’s beautiful, comfortable and very pleasant. The food was amazing. Will definitely be going back, maybe even on our way home from our up north trip this 4th of July weekend

Stopped in for lunch today. Food was good. Service was great. Making an edit. First couple times we went the food was amazing. Now not so much. Husband and I went in Monday for a lunch date and the sign for the special was apparently from the night before so they wouldn’t honor it. My husband got the burrito with bacon in it and none of the bacon was cooked correctly it had big chunks of gooey bacon fat. Slime. I’m not sure what the other meat was but he had to spit it back out and set it on the side cause it wasn’t chewable at all. I left the rice and beans cause it was dry and taste funky. Absolutely nothing taste good that we ordered. I don’t recommend it at all.1/5/2026- pretty sure they closed down for good. Hasn’t been open in over a month.
