Worst service I have ever had here! She literally threw all the ingredients into a pile on one end of the sandwich! Wrapped it like she didn’t care if it all fell out. This was the messiest sandwich it looked gross.

Went to the subway in Walmart on Kelly no one was at the counter waiting 15 minutes a associate came by and yelled for Charlotte that he had a customer upfront and she said Kate they say I’m busy. I’ll be there when I get there they need to be patient. Her name was Charlotte.

Awesome service! The young lady working today at lunch was a pleasure to talk to. She works very hard and her work station was very organized and neet and clean. Good help is hard to find these days. Also, the foot long was great!

I ordered online while in Walmart. I was 15 minutes early for my order. Watched the Clerk bust her tail filling orders. The “area manager” graced us with her presence from the back, long enough to take over five minutes to cash out a customer and hand my order from printer to the clerk who was serving two people, then a third. She came out to confirm the Icee machine was off then hid again.
Not once did she step in and help fill orders.
My order wasn’t getting made until I got in line and stopped other orders long enough to get mine filled and get the Diva’s name. Angie, is a lazy excuse for a Manager let alone a Team member. I see a new person there every time I go and this is why. CUSTOMERS both online and in person should come first over DIVAS. I won’t return to Subway. Better competitors that get it.

My order was done corrently and the food was good in the moment. But all three of us who are from here are now sick as dogs with food poisoning. We are going on day 2 of throwing up and not being able to keep stuff down. We will never be eating here at this location again.

The past 6 months I’ve ordered online maybe once a month. I’ve only gotten my order without having to watch them make it once. This morning took the cake. I ordered at 7:30 in the parking lot, and sat and waited. The order said it would be ready for pickup at 8. I fell asleep, but set an alarm until I was sure my order would be ready, and didn’t end up inside until 8:20. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me they don’t open until 8 so they wouldn’t have had my order. 1.) Why are you not checking your
online orders when you open?
2.) I know what time you opened, that’s why I waited longer in my car.
I got my sandwich and left after listening to the lady basically tell me I was an idiot for ordering before the store was open, and getting a pickup time after the store was open.
I live 5 minutes away, but never again will I use this Subway. I will gladly drive across town to Grand where they open at 7 and don’t treat me like a moron.

I went up there today March 28 2024 2:00 pm and had to leave while mid order because the service from an employee an older woman with black hair was poor she was rude.

Customer service was abysmal. The staff tried charging me three times for my order, and while the food was decent (at best) the state of the dining area was terrible. Floors looked like they haven’t been mopped, the glass was filthy, honestly just go the one on Grand or over to Towson for good subway, cuz this place should be condemned.
