We are a seasonal Bakery in Bigfork, MT. Lake Baked – a comfortable place to enjoy coffee, and freshly baked treats in a delightful atmosphere on the Swan River in Bigfork. Plenty of outdoor seating on the lawn, by the bonfires, or under the awning. We serve freshly roasted Fieldheads Coffee, daily baked Cinnamon Rolls, Caramel Rolls and our very own Savory Rolls with Bacon and Cheese. We are known for our pies, hand pies, and quiche. We have the original Brookies Cookies recipes made at this location since 1991 in addition to our own family recipes. Owned and operated by a local Bigfork family. Mother and daughter come in early to bake everything by hand. Thank you for your support.

I’ll save you the trouble of searching for the best huckleberry pie in the area…its right here at lake baked. While pricier than others, we found this one to be much more flavorful because it wasn’t diluted with gelatin like all the others we tried. I had this as my “birthday cake” this year and everyone raved about it ! If you’re going to buy a whole pie (which…you should! It makes a great breakfast too) make sure you do so several days in advance. We also scored the last huckleberry roll that my family devoured in record time. Can’t wait to come back!

Always one of my stops when I’m in Big Fork. My personal favorite is the double delight cookie- double chips, oats and pecans- yum! I finally tried the Huckleberry roll- as delicious as it looks. 4 of us shared 1- lol. The most doughy fresh tasting baked roll with lots of Huckleberries- a hit with the whole family.
