The food is good and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly but needs work on order accuracy. If you make a specific order request, always check your bag before leaving. I’ve had the wrong type of rice, no egg rolls, and all carrots when asked for none so far on three different orders.

Amazing food truck! Everything was served hot and fresh. The veggies are fresh and crip. The chicken is tender. The sauces are flavorful, and they’re quick. We waited 15 mins. We’ll be back for more!

Ordered two meals last night and this is what it looked like. It was cold and unseasoned… tasted liked boiled chicken and canned carrots. Almost $20 a tray just to end up in the trash.

I make it a point to get Kazoku every time im in Knox. The food is always super flavorful and fresh. The veggies are cooked perfectly and you get large portions for your $$. I highly recommend you check them out!

I LOVE Kazoku, currently eating here 6x a week. They are nice, inexpensive and consistent. Food is beyond the typical truck quality, plus they offer the convenience of ordering ahead but it only takes 7-10min if you order at the truck. Weekday and weekend availability on Broadway.. which I appreciate and service is excellent. Shrimp sauce is some of the best. Steak and chicken are super good. Two meals with zucchini carrots and rice under $27+tip. Even the appetizers are great.

Didn’t have insane expectations for a food truck hibachi but the steak was over cooked and was barely seasoned. Tasted like vegetables even though my order was no veg. The rice tasted awful. Took a couple bites and threw it out. Waste of $15. Unfortunate and the small amount I had left me with a stomach ach.

Can’t comment on the food since they wouldn’t let us buy anything. We approached their food truck and were told they only served Home Depot employees .
Not friendly and will not try them after this experience.
