Ordered two shawarma wraps and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was not sweetened whatsoever and in response to this criticism the owner suggested it was a societal problem. The shawarma wraps had no flavor whatsoever. Pictured is the flavorless wrap I could only stomach a couple bites of.

Wish I could give it 0 stars!! Decided to try this place while shopping at Fair Oaks mall. Saw reviews which were apparently positive and thought “ok, why not?” WORST experience ever. Got the cheeseburger with fries combo and chicken shawarma. Absolutely disappointing and so tasteless!! There were 3 ladies working and they were so slow with service. On top of that, they didn’t have any salad even though it clearly says on menu “free side of salad with any burger” so instead of telling us what other sides they have, the lady decided to give us Hummus on her own with tortilla chips?! That was the first and last time we will be trying this place. I would suggest to NOT stop by here please. Save your money, time and go to a different place where there is actual tasty food, and good service. The WORST place ever!!!

I am generally pretty forgiving but this was a really bad dining experience. Staff was nice, that was about the only good thing. Ordered falafel wrap and girlfriend got the chicken shawarma. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. At a sit down restaurant, you expect to wait a bit for your food, but this was a place where you order at the counter. We were very disappointed with our food. The salad that came with it was nothing but spring mix and dressing. The falafel wrap did not have hummus in it as they described and minimal yogurt sauce. Very dry. The chicken shawarma was very dry and had a hot tomato in it. Strange. Also don’t understand why it’s called la crepe and have French decor when they are serving Middle Eastern food. Very disappointing. Would have complained to someone for the wait and poor quality but we were in a rush.

I’m usually don’t feel like giving such reviews but when the food is not good, it’s definitely the customers money and health is taken for granted. Ordered Beef Shawarma – honestly I forgot the taste of shawarma and not sure if I really had shawarma or something else. Chicken Kabob platter came with fries and hummus. Chicken pieces were not cooked properly (may be I should have mentioned “well done” for chicken ). Come on guys so many fast food chains are there in the mall but we chose you guys to have a proper dinner but not something like this. Better improve taste and offer better food to the customers if you want the customers to visit again.

Menu now includes Mediterranean dishes and other things.
Crepes are barely decent. Didn’t taste fresh.
Four of us ordered back to back and it took 30 minutes to get food. Each plate was made back to back one at a time and took way too long. French toast had some hot spice in it.
Creme de la Crum (Smores) sweet crepe was really good.
We will not be back.

The food is very bland. The tuna salad was a salad with what looked and tasted like canned tuna. They also said that the tuna salad had egg in it and they confirmed it was. When it arrived it did not had any egg in it and were told there is no egg today. The weird part was a customer came in and asked about the French toast and the employee explained that one of the ingredients is EGG. I will not be coming back.

Ordered the shoarma plate. Was $9.99 plus tax. Like it was pictured looked real good place looked good. Food was below horrible. Got a plane plate with a bunch of tasteless rice and covered in grilled chicken,no salad had to ask and gave me an attitude. Wasted $$&

Had an awesome meal at La Crepe Bistro! The chicken shawarma and chicken steak sandwich were delicious. The Nutella crepes were divine. The owner and the staff are so kind and gracious. We will definitely be back!
