My wife stopped here on 11/9/24 and bought 4 subs. 3 footlongs and 1 6 inch. 2 footlongs were bbq honey mustard and the 6 inch was bbq honey mustard chicken. As well. All of our subs were super skimpy and one wasn’t cut at all. We come here once a week. Very disappointed tonight. As u can see our Sammy looked nothing like that picture.

Obese lady took my order, breathed HEAVILY on both my subs, and when I asked for more chicken on one side, she simply moved chicken from one half to the other. It didn’t even fold my sub. Just left it the way it was and wrapped it then threw it in the bag. Never coming back.

Wasted my entire lunch break waiting to pickup an online order that they couldn’t locate. I asked once about it and the blonde said she’ll look for it, she kept making sandwiches as I waited. I asked if she wanted me to keep waiting and she said “we don’t have your sandwich” I asked them to make it, they refused. I asked for a refund, they refused. No resolution, no apology. I have to call my bank to dispute a $7 order.

The bread be baked daily, softer than a mermaid’s song yet sturdy enough to hold the mightiest of fillings. i used the online app to order and got a mexicali + bacon add on. my sub way not only given about a 6in portion of rotisserie chicken on the 12in, but no bacon was added, no guac, no sauces and only about half the veggies i ordered. i wish i could take my tip back but that’s what i get for tipping before hand. hope that extra dollar was worth it for the worker

One star because I actually paid and took my order… my bad. Shame on me I didn’t read the fine print! I received an advertisement with Subway discount coupons in the mail. While I’m aware Subway sandwiches really can’t compete with Jersey Mike’s and others for quality. I thought I’d give these guys another chance and try again. This store happens to be more convenient to my home. I was holding these coupons in my hand on top of the counter… I know the service person saw them when taking my order. Well, at check out I was told this store never honors any coupon promotion. Sure enough the small print said “participating stores”. I should have done my due diligence. My bad again. Also the server didn’t put their normal full scoop of meat on the sandwich she even took some meat off as she was preparing the sub! There are rarely other customers in this store when I am. I’ve seen two at the most (dinner time). Compared to Jersey Mike’s up the road where there are usually a dozen or more customers with 4-5 five servers preparing subs. There is never more than one server at the Richfield store. This store’s business model is the most bizarre I’ve encountered in years. I won’t go there again. Ever.

The staff is friendly, capable, and quick. The food is consistent and mostly very fresh. Once or twice I had some spinach that was funky or a mushy tomato. Really, in 9 years, just a couple times, and I’m a little picky about spinach. Smallish, but it’s clean, and they have bathrooms. I’d give it 4.5 if I could.

Workers rip you off if you order online and don’t follow directions. This order was not toasted, was missing bacon and cheese. And also only had 2 cucumbers on it. I’ve ordered enough to know they get 4 on a 6inch sub. Just anything they could jip me on they did. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went to pick up Subway last night with my son. The “manager” was in the bathroom again. They are always in the bathroom, and for 20-30 minutes at a time. Then two druggies came in and stole soda and walked out. The employee said nothing except that they do it a lot. This is by far the worst subway in the area and there is zero management. Time to shut it down.
