I’m really disappointed because my food fell out of the plate when I tried to close the top. The bottom plate isn’t sturdy, so it got pushed up and bent in half easily, causing my food to spill all over the airport floor. I was so upset. You guys should really consider the type of to-go box you’re using. This one is garbage because it’s so thin and delicate that the food can easily fall out when closing the top. Even if you put less food in it, the plate is easily bendable and folds up.

Holy shit snacks is the only appropriate way to begin this review of Moe’s Southwestern Grill at the Orlando Airport.

After annihilating a burrito, possibly the size of a carry on luggage, and enough queso to legally qualify as a liquid, I immediately realized I had made a powerful, irreversible life choice.

I clocked 31,000 steps through the airport trying to walk off the calories and what can only be described as a Southwestern reckoning happening inside my body.

Somewhere over the Midwest on the flight back to Salt Lake, I’m convinced the pilot briefly considered an emergency landing due to suspicious turbulence that was 100% internal.

Flight attendants maintained eye contact with me, but with fear. Fellow passengers prayed. But like a champion, I held the line, clenched through cruising altitude, and landed with dignity barely intact.

Moe’s didn’t just feed me, it tested my will to live and my TSA clearance.

10/10. Would risk federal aviation intervention again. ✈️

The employees here are absolutely horrendous. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Really unfortunate as the burritos are delicious, but the people working really put a damper on the entire experience. They could not care less. Language barrier or not, they were ridiculously rude and ignorant. Especially in an airport where you are dealing with constant travellers and tourists everyday from all over the world who might not be familiar with the menu etc. This place needs to hire some employees who are at least mildly competent and have even a small amount of customer service compassion.

The rice was undercooked, and the guy was kinda in a hurry and wasn’t really listening to people. Now the tall manager looking man next door at McDonald’s with the bald head? Tall glass of wine.

Employee was extremely rude, they didn’t have white rice with cilantro out and when I asked her if she could make some she stood there and stared at me. Heaven forbid you’re asked to do your job! I go to Moe’s outside of the airport all the time and this one does not meet expectations whatsoever.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I understand you work in an airport with thousands of people coming through however acting like this is unacceptable. The two woman working there seemed like they didn’t even want to wake up today.

A good place to eat at Orlando International Airport.
This is one of the many restaurants in the central food court of the airport between Terminal A and B. It has a simplified menu from other Moe’s in that it offers bowls and wraps but does not offer Tea or Quesadillas. The seating is an open area between the two sets of restaurants and surrounding a fish tank in the middle. Orlando Airport is busy so if you have trouble finding a seat there is more seating in the center of the walkway to the sides. The Staff was friendly and we ordered nachos and beef and queso. I have never had that before and found it fresh and very tasty. The order was prepared quickly in a line fashion. The checkout person was busy so the person from the next door carvel shop checked us out. The price was reasonable for airport food cost and the current economy. There appeared to be bottled drinks and some fountain drinks (water, sodas, etc) but no tea. Utensils and napkins are on the counter behind you as you check out, closer to the seating area. Overall, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the times.

I had a terrible experience, everything was low or dirty, the people making our food were completely ignoring us and talking to each other. Me and my company couldn’t even finish our food because we believe there was something off with the chicken we got. This was extremely disappointing considering how expensive the food was!

Charles is so terrible at his job. Put the wrong food ‍♂️. Served incorrectly, charged it incorrectly. And on top of that he is rule, terrible communication skills. 0 % customer service. Charles needs to change his job or be fired. Such a terrible attitude for no reason. The worst at the airport.

They craft a fine taco here at Moe’s. Best bang for your buck at the MCO food court! I strongly recommend their Cilantro Avocado sauce!
