The nerve to safe guard orders made through their mobile app and not a delivery service like someone would really want to steal these poorly made thin bland sandwiches. Paid extra for meat and veggies that were not provided. Sandwich near empty and flavorless. Completely understand why my order was the only one sitting and waiting to be retrieved instead of being full of orders. Instructions on the app say pick up from order pick up area. Did as instructed to be harassed after confirming the name (my name) on the order. If it’s that serious you’d think they would greet customers at the door and asking for the name of the order. Hopefully this behavior is spread amongst all your customers and not certain ones. I’ll drive to Canada before I’d ever give money to this location again. Each interaction and meal has been very disappointing. Gross. Probably would taste better anyways. Trust and believe of all places to steal orders from it wouldn’t be here.

Dont bother mobile ordering here. Apparently if you’re not there to watch them make the sub, they dont put the right amount of meat on it. The other half of the tuna was no different.

They made me a bologna sandwich instead of a cold cut combo. I realized after I paid and was eating it at home. I thought there wasn’t much flavor! They have the front of meat counter covered with advertisement so you can’t see them preparing it. Charged almost 2$ for added cheese.Will never go there again. Unfriendly employees too!

They do not take coupons. They also don’t have the common courtesy to post a sign saying such on the front of their business so that I would know not to enter it with my coupon. There is a small sign obscurely posted in the area where you place your order. I did not see it however, and was surprised at the register that I would be paying $13 for a sandwich made of cold cuts (The bread and some of the veggies were not very fresh).

Ordered a BOGO sub for lunch online. I wrote down don’t cut the sub in half, add extra lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Didn’t even do what was asked. Instead the manager told me that I needed to call the store and tell them the instructions so they can make it properly, and the text is too small.
How are you reading it then!!!! He offered no apology, and didn’t offer a solution. I’m done spending my money at Subway.

Went in and ordered my sandwich but they would not allow me use my Subway gift card. She said her system was down but she could take my Credit Card or Debit card. Which doesn’t make sense. I didn’t pay because I felt like she was lying to me. I saw how she was reacting to me and another Latin lady their. I am also Latin descent and can’t help but wonder if that’s why she said that to me.

So walked into the subway, and was about ready to place my order. When all of a sudden I see a sign right on top of the case that was made obviously by somebody there at the store that said no coupons. How interesting is that. Don’t waste your time if you want to use a coupon here. Go to another location.

If I could give them 0 stars I would… they have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen at a “fast food” restaurant. They are cheap and incredibly rude. Also, if you like your dressing on the side they claim they don’t have any of those cups so you can forget about that and if you have coupons forget that too.. apparently using a coupon to make anything cheaper at that store they will find someway or somehow to rack the price up. Today I got the exact same sub as my husband and my foot long sub was the same price as my husbands even with a coupon? Tell me that’s not rigged.

Don’t come to this location.. trust me there are wayyyy better locations to go to. The owners here suck!

My experience here was absolutely terrible. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in all my life. The portions of vegetables and meat on my sandwich was little to nothing. The portion of the meat was cut in half, if not thirds. Even after asking for more, they refused to give it to me. After explaining my desire for more meat, they failed to understand what I was asking for and proceeded to wrap my sandwhich up and shoved into my hand. I will never visit this location ever again. This one star that I’ve given them is undeserved. I wish i could leave a negative star. I am so disappointed. I shared my experience with friends, and they also experienced the sane kind of service. This behavior is only an attempt to make more money. Shut this place down!!!
