STAY AWAY…See tons of advertising for this place looked like it would be great. Me and my wife stopped in first appearance floor was disgusting food all over. Tables in disarray. Tvs blaring. Napkin dispensers empty and laying over on tables. Then behind the counter food everywhere on the floor two guys running around lost. Ordering went well. $39 for two sandwiches one mini one medium and 2 fries. Go to use the restroom the door handle for the mens is ripped off with an out of order sign and a garbage can overflowing with trash put in front of the mens room. The cook throwing dishes and utensils around in the kitchen slamming things around. The man that took our order then uses the restroom comes out no hand washing takes over the grill and starts cooking. The cooks bags up our food says sorry man we’re short staffed and hands me our food.Then arrive home to find no au jus for my sandwich fries are half cooked grease soaked paper wrapped around the sandwiches slim to no sauce on our sandwiches, and no taste or seasoning. We won’t be back.

I’ve enjoyed their sandwiches for lunch since they opened. I love the healthy options with no worries about preservatives and extra ingredients that come with sliced turkey options. Today I got the Turkey Party Tray that had the three main turkey sandwich option for an event. My guests were excited to try the Bobbie and are now huge fans as well.
Excellent service and quality packaging for this catered option. I will definitely order again, and I highly recommend their catering options.

The positive part of this review is that the staff was friendly, professional, and made our sandwiches in decent time given this was lunch time on a Sunday. The negative part of this review is that one of the three sandwiches we ordered tasted like disinfectant cleaner and one of the sandwiches was missing a key ingredient (cheese). The cookies were a 2 out of 5. I hope they improve because the location is excellent.

I had never tried capriottis before and thought I’d give it a try.
I wish I hadn’t.
The guy training everyone was so unhygienic.
He didn’t change his gloves properly.
I first noticed when I saw him rub his face with his gloves hand. Then, I thought, I hope he isn’t making my sandwich.
He was. They all were.
He touched the garbage then the meat to put on the grill.
Then he touched the raw bacon to put on the grill and with the same hand, touched my sandwich.
I was so grossed out.
I should have asked for my money back but I just threw the sandwich away.
Gross.
And they had Fox News blasting feom two separate TV’s.
I wouldn’t have minded so much but they weren’t in sync with one another.
I cannot recommend.

The service and food were incredible.. it was my first time here and I got a fresh, hot sandwich.
The young ones working there were very nice and even thanked me for coming in.
The store was clean, and it was an odd time because I was the only one there.
For me, I had my fill of Rap music at the Super Bowl, I didn’t want to hear it when I was eating.
So I played Pandora to cover up the sound from the kitchen.
I am 63 and I was not a fan of the music choice.
Otherwise I’ll be going back but I’ll eat in my truck.

I ordered sandwiches online while on a break at the nearby water park, and came to pick them up. The online system worked great and my food was ready shortly after arriving.
My fam got a wagyu cheese steak and chicken cheese steaks, which all they all seemed to love. I got the cole turkey which was a turkey sub with Cole slaw on top. It was a little messy but tasted great. Wouldn’t have been good to eat in a car but we sat at tables back at the park.
The dining room seemed new and clean when I came to pick up food. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again if we return to the area.

BOOM! Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop hit a hime run with me today! The Philly Cheese was big, even at the Medium size! and their special fries, the smaller order could feed an army of hungry sandwich eaters. Full meals are a bit on the expensive side for my budget, but the food was awesome, freshly made, and delicious. Only minor issues, air conditioning was set on “freeze everybody mode,” kitchen staff were overjoyed to be there, but extremely loud shouting and laughing, and a grandmother who works there brought her grandson to work with her – that was a real distraction for customers as he was forced to entertain himself at our expense. Maybe it was National Bring Your Children To Work Day? But we shall return, as the service and food were exceptional. 5 Thumbs Up.

It’s a great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. It’s always fresh and I haven’t had a sandwich I didn’t like. I usually get the Bobbie but now they have the Bobbie with bacon. I gotta say everything is better with bacon.

My whole experience trying this place for the first time was disgusting. I don’t want to relive all of it but I will share this. I watched a very unkempt employee run her gloved hand through her hair not once but twice in between slowly adding ingredients to my sandwich. I was so grossed out that when she handed me the sandwich I dumped it in the trash on my way out the door. It was worth eating the $15 to go somewhere else and not have a dirty hair sandwich. Will 100% never be back.
