What happened to Seasons of Japan??? This place charges more money for less food. The bowls are smaller & you still get less food. The bowls pictured below are untouched. The rice bowl was FULL of rice. The other bowl had only vegetables, which they charged extra for. Plus, they charge for ginger sauce. SOJ had it out with the teriyaki & white sauce & it was warm. SOJ’s customer service was very good. They would even hold a conversation with customers. I sure miss them.

im editing too respond too the owner. Please get your facts straight. FIRST of all I NEVER asked for vegetables too be delivered. I let you know that what I got did not match with the buy 1 get one picture on the uber eats. The Uber gad the buy 1 get one with vegetables. This is not n y fault maybe next get with uber and get your product listed correctly on their. How convenient that nowits fixed in the app after I called you all on it. I provided proof too that lady on the phone via text as she asked. So again GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT I NEVER ASKED FOR CRAP TOO BE DELIVERED TOO ME!

The food was okay, however I will not eat there again. I gave a tip and still paid .75 for water. I consider that no customer appreciation. They lady with the pretty salt and pepper hair was friendlier than the lady there today.

I ordered the steak and shrimp entrée. Portion size of the entrée was somewhat disappointing. My meal was primarily rice with not much meat. In my opinion what I paid vs what I received doesn’t align. In terms of flavor nothing stood out.

Spent over 80 dollars at the azalea location, added 2 side salads and bacon fried rice. The entire order was incorrect and the “side salad” which is posted as a house salad, was literally just a box of brown lettuce. When I called to address the situation all I got was an ear full from whomever answered the phone about how “her mother was the owner” will be reporting to the BBB as well as calling a corporate office. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

Very disappointed, I wanted some Hibachi today for lunch/dinner. The cashier does not want to hear what you have to say. She throws words that I don’t want. The menu is very pricy. The food was very disappointed. The shrimp it taste like it is boiled from water not pan fry. The rice is not done from cooking. The rice was still kinda raw. You need need to add a little bit more water in the rice when you cook it in the rice cooker. So I just stand there about 2 minutes and she hands me my lunch and say your lunch is ready. I felt like they rush to cook. There are no sides only 2 pieces of broccoli and not really mushroom. The steak is hard as a rock. Sure the food and delivery smells good but not when you order for yourself.
