This is not the first occasion I have ordered and received subpar food! This is Wawa, for goodness’ sake. It’s not as if you ran out of bread or anything; this is sheer laziness! Why would you prepare a sandwich using the smallest portion of the bread? Furthermore, it doesn’t even cover the sandwich completely.

We have been here many times. We drive past another wawa to come to this one, but that is not going to happen again. The food was atrocious. The chicken sandwich was rubber. You couldn’t bite into it. I struggled to break it apart to give to my cat. We wouldn’t eat it, but our cat did. We’ll see if he’s alive tomorrow. We’re sad to see that this place has gone so far downhill.

Love this wawa & the entire team. I live close by and am here often, usually with mobile/curbside orders, which are always prepared correctly and quickly. Everyone is always SO friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this location enough.

Very disappointed. I understand some discounts end but when you still have the advertisement for 3 Gatorade at $6 still on the door and don’t honor the fact you guys made a mistake while your employee take it down in front of me making me look bad in front of other customers is very disappointing and disrespectful. I paid the full price anyway but it’s not right to make a customer look like a fool when the were in the right.

This is by far the worst wawa I have ever ordered from. I’ve been coming here for 7 years. The past year its gone down hill. Every time I’ve ordered lunch here its been wrong. Missing avocado, that I paid extra for, no chili to my chili mash, a hair in my salad ..and the last straw is no turkey to my turkey panini. I will not be coming back here ever again. I am so disappointed!

I ordered food from the wawa website. My app said it was delivered to the address I requested. It was never delivered and when I called customer service, they said they couldn’t refund my money. That’s ridiculous!!! As you can see from my screenshot, it clearly states it was delivered. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!!
