This was our first time going and were skeptical at first but it smelled so good. This might have been the BEST food choice we’ve made in a while, a we eat out often. It is absolutely delicious, savory and honestly, you start to feel bad every bite because you dont want the plate to end.
We also ordered the crab rangoons and were absolutely PERFECT. The lady at the front counter is the sweetest and we decided to eat in, she took the food to our table.
We are now permanently customers. 10/10 recommend

The lady on the phone is so nice! Ordered for the first time and we will be back. Order hibachi chicken n steak added broccoli… and hibachi chicken steak and shrimp added broccoli. Side of lomein noodles. Everything was cooked perfectly. So tasty. Good seasonings. See u guys soon. The price is def the best around for hibachi too. Store is very clean

For price I expected every slot in this container to have food. This is what a $20 order looks like. I would suggest the restaurant to kick in a veggie on the side to go with this platter. Sorry it just doesn’t look right.

I recently visited Hibachi Express in Colonia and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food was overly salty, especially the teriyaki sauce, which made the meal hard to enjoy. The chicken was tough and dry, and both the rice and chicken lacked good flavor. The only item I found enjoyable was the shrimp.
Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations, and I did not feel the meal was worth the price. I hope the restaurant takes feedback into consideration and improves the food quality.

Come and you’ll be impressed, first of all, by the clean interior. Then, you’ll be greeted and served by a super nice member of their team. Wait a few minutes and you’ll be eating some of the best teppanyaki takeout and leaving fully satisfied.
Seriously, the portions are large and the food is solid. If you live anywhere close or pass by it on your commute. Stop by for a great hibachi spot, whether takeout or dine-in. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.

this is my new favorite place to go treat myself. the first time I went I had a combo of shrimp and chicken hibachi and just tried the steak hibachi today. It was so delicious! perfectly cooked and freshly made, the fried rice + yum yum sauce is a great combination! don’t forget, the yum yum sauce is a must try when you all go visit. the staff was very kind and friendly as well, I’m for sure will be back and try the other stuff 🙂 good luck, hibachi express colonia!

I went for the first time today. The food was good, but could cut down on the sodium, but that’s my preference. The place was clean with plenty of seating. However, when I ordered the side of steak on their menu I got 11 pieces of meat. I also ordered the side of chicken and received a full container. If I go back I will make sure to tell them to fill the container with steak.

Everything here here at Habachi Express is great. The food is always delicious and comes in insane portions for a great price. The service is great as well, always timely, and whenever I arrive to pickup my food I am greeted by a very friendly woman at the front counter! I would suggest this restaurant time and time again.

I ordered Hibachi steak, special fried rice, chicken egg roll, vegetable egg roll. I like their hibachi because their seasoning enough for me not too salty, and made me enjoy eat their food.
For their chicken egg roll and vegetable egg roll, I prefer to order chicken egg roll cause I don’t like vegetable.
last but not least, YOU MUST TRY “YUM YUM SAUCE” its 10000/10. Hibachi without this sauce is like regular hibachi, but if you eat with this sauce then it is like heaven
