This place used to be good, but in the recent 2-3 weeks, the black coffee has tasted like water and is not even close to what it was before. I will not come back if this continues. Either their coffee machine is not working properly, or they are putting in half the amount of coffee grounds. I feel completely scammed paying full price for what is essentially “coffee flavored” water.

This was supposed to be a chocolate Carmel iced coffee with Almond Milk and chocolate cold foam. Doesn’t look anything like the picture or description. And they charged for the cold foam. Which as you can see isn’t there. Didn’t feel like fighting. Wasted money.

I ordered a 25ct assorted but only received glazed and blueberry. Not happy with this order, especially after driving 30 minutes to this location. The munchkins were also dry—definitely not coming back

I have been to this location multiple times since I have moved to Jefferson about a year ago. Every time I have stopped here my coffee is always messed up. I get a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. EVERY time the sugar is all on the bottom of my drink and not dissolved so then I end up chewing sugar. This is not an issue at any other Dunkin I stop at. It’s very disappointing that I can’t even get a decent coffee at this Dunkin since I live close by. I guess I’ll be looking for a new coffee shop in Jefferson to visit.

They drinks are better the prices are cheaper even for the size of the cup you actually get what you paid for and the drinks actually taste better,the service is great the people working there are nice,but overall better than Starbucks definitely continue going here.

Employees have been extremely rude and unorganized every time we’ve been there. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for them to make us pull forward until our food was ready and still forgot half our order (the half we did get was only half way correct) AFTER walking to where we were parked and asking us what we were waiting for.
