Was glad to support this stall setup by the same owners of the popular food truck. They’re doing some variations on the normal Viet fare by branching out in terms or flavor and new dishes. They still have pho which was decent. Really enjoyed the fried tofu and chicken and rice special (kinda like an east Asian version of helal guys), solid fusion dish. They were rammed on this day but gotta respect the grind so no points deducted. Overall they are a nice complement to the greater food hall. Would go back

This is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants and pho I have had! At this point I think I have tried everything on the menu. Nothing has disappointed! The wings are probably the best wings I have ever had in my life. The beef brisket is so tender and so delicious. The broth has so much flavor! I always buy an extra cup to sip on it’s so delicious. You can tell that the owner puts his heart and soul into his recipes and his food. You can taste the love! I come in about once a week. This week it was twice haha. I can’t help but feel like a lot of the one star reviews are from the other pho place across the street. Because I have never experienced anything any of those people are saying. The food here is consistently amazing. I have never been disappointed.

Must-try spot in a super chill food hall!
Saigon Noodle Club blew us away! The Pho Sizzle was a crowd favorite in our group—so flavorful and fun. Their pho is also legit, with rich broth and tender meat.
But the real star? THE CHICKEN WINGS. Our kids made us go back three times—they couldn’t get enough! Crispy, saucy, and totally crave-worthy.
Great vibes, lots of seating, and cool shops all around. Perfect for families or a casual hangout. Don’t sleep on this place!

I honestly do not have words for how delicious the food is from this restaurant. Tonight we picked up meat noodle bowl, pho, chicken wings and egg rolls. Every single dish exceeded expectations. The wings might be the best wings I have ever had in my life no exaggeration. I am so unbelievably excited that a delicious incredible restaurant is down the street from me now! I found out about this restaurant through another restaurant that I love off of South Broadway. One thing you need to pay attention to, is that they will sell out on food, so get there early to get your lunch or dinner. I’m already dreaming about the next meal I want from them.

Great location inside Edgewater Public Market.
Very tech savvy where you can order right on the screen…
We ordered the pho, eggrolls, and the Chinese broccoli.. and for a drink- the salty lemon pop…
– pho was good… plenty of noodles and plenty of meat!
-eggrolls were okay.. on the smaller side but given 3 for $5…it is what it is
-chinese broccoli- they were good. It was a different take on they prepared it.. downfall was it was over priced… i did not think it was worth the price..
-salty lemon pop- unique taste to it.. something new to try
Overall- the place was good…

Thoroughly so impressed with how good this was. I got the lemon grass pork rolls with a Vietnamese coffee and they were both 10/10. Huge portion for the price too. Definitely my favorite food stall in the market and some of the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had.

This menu has so many interesting things on it. I could have eaten my whole meal here, but I wanted to try multiple places.
I ended up getting the Pho Banh Mi. The sandwich was delicious. My only criticism is that I wish it had a crispy baguette like I’d expect for a Banh Mi. It was still delicious on the soft bread though.
I’ll happily come back to try the rest of the menu.

I usually get the grilled chicken spring rolls to go! I think they’re the best in town that I have tried so far! I think they serve it with a fish or vinegar sauce instead of peanut sauce since so many have a peanut allergy. I have to try some of the other items soon!

The best Pho in the area! I didn’t know what the 1 star folksb are talking about. I come in about once a week, and the food is always so flavorful! I’ve never been disappointed.
