It is such a dashing atmosphere of 50s here!! I love these type of places and this one totally corresponds to the concept of the 50s diner – music, menu, furniture, waitresses in the uniform!! We really enjoyed our time here and we definitely will be back next time we are in Prague !!

The cocktails are absolutely a disaster. None of them meet our expectation (standards). 5 of us tried many different cocktails (each had 3 rounds), all failed. For the fun night, yes the basement has the disco. Other than that, a no-go. Wonder if the bartenders can actually make a proper cocktail or just follow a printed recipe note and follow instructions. Would not recommend.

James Dean Restaurant in Prague is definitely worth a visit – the design and concept are fantastic, truly like stepping into a classic American diner straight out of a movie. The retro decor, music, and the staff dressed perfectly in theme make it a fun and immersive experience.
The service was polite and friendly, and everyone really stuck to the vibe of the place. It was a bit slow during our visit, but it seemed they were short-staffed, so no complaints – they still did their best and kept things pleasant.
We all had the classic burgers, which were well-prepared and satisfying – not mind-blowing, but solid and enjoyable. You’re mostly coming here for the atmosphere, and in that department, it really delivers.
A fun spot and definitely a must-see for the experience alone!

We had an amazing night at James Dean Prague! The atmosphere was incredible, the music was great, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They even treated us to 20 free shots, which made the night even more fun and unforgettable! The vibe was energetic and lively all night long. Definitely one of the best bars in Prague — highly recommended! ✨
