Prime buffet in union sounded like a great place to try. The pork chops were so dry it sounded like you were cutting lumber the food was half cold and looked like it had been out for hours or leftovers from a he last 2 weeks. Only 2 decent parts was a half stocked salad bar and ice cream which you can go to Walmart and get for cheaper than $15 a person. I would rather go to a more crowded buffet like Golden Corral where you know the food will be atleast fresh and hot.

There are always lots of choices at the prime buffet. Everything is always tasty and fresh every time I go here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the prices are always reasonable. I like the fact that you can get cheese quesadillas, fried okra and fried chicken alll in the same place

I did not have high hopes and I was still disappointed. Everything was horribly dry. The best thing was the instant mashed potatoes, especially when I learned I could rehydrate the beef roast with the runny potatoes. It was $15 for the dinner buffet and a water.

The guy in the picture made the experience worth it. The young lady at the front was unprofessional and lacked communication skills that’s needed when dealing with a large group/ many patrons coming through on a Sunday after church. I appreciate the guy. He worked his butt off. He worked the hardest and was sweating the most and still was VERY PLEASANT and POLITE and Helpful. I hope he gets everything that he is entitled to.

The waiters/waitress are amazing. The food not so much. We came here the first day we moved to union and everything was good. That was the only time the food was good out of the 5 times we have been here. The food is old and has been sitting out for hours. The fries are like chewing on rocks. Then you have some chicken that’s raw. This place used to have good food and service. The food is absolutely terrible now.

Service was ok and there was a good selection of food. Food was good but not spectacular. Had a lot of TV sets, but none with volume. The carpeting looked dirty and there was a grease smell in the air, not what you would expect for the price they were charging.
However, the worst part was to come after eating. I was looking down at the carpet when I noticed 2 roaches crawling on the carpet and going under a booth seat. Looking around, I saw one go under the buffet bar. Time to leave. Paid the bill and 15% gratuity. I do not expect to return to this establishment. I have since heard they had a low score from the county for cleanliness, but I didn’t see their rating going out and have not yet verified their rating. I do not recommend this place unless you have a strong stomach.

Other than the food everything else is good!!!
