This has happened to me a few times, I placed my order, online it said it would be ready at 5:15 pm and it is currently 5:46pm. I have worked with fast food before and I know it does take time of how busy it can get, there are two people working and there is no one in the store and there is only two cars in the drive through (me and another car). The other car was sitting here before I even pulled in. I have no clue what is taking them so long. I finally got my sub at 6:06 pm.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve went to this location several times and always place my order online, unfortunately the order is NEVER ready and I end up waiting for over 30 minutes. Also the worker kept stopping and touching everything such as the phone and register and not once changed gloves afterwards, this last order we didn’t eat due to the fact. I do not recommend this location.

Aug 3 4:10pm. Stop to order … Two female employees out front smoking… I started to open door one said… “I will wait on you when I finish my cigarette” I just turned got back in my truck and she acted like I was being a bad person. This is the second time back to back iv had issues. If I go back and these two girls are there, I will walk out. I noticed all the bad reviews on here. The owner must be the problem. Shame

I like Subway restaurants and was very pleased when they were putting one in not far from where I live. They have a drive through which was particularly good for me due to my disability. Then, every time I drove by the drive through was closed. I passed up the shop for years and then heard the drive through was open. I went there and ordered a salad and some cookies. I drove up to the window and waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes the kid who took my order came to the window and apologized. I could see he was working alone and I wasn’t in a hurry. I felt bad for him. I waited a total of 40 minutes to get my salad. No, I wasn’t angry. I’m retired. The weather was nice and I sat in my car listening to the radio. The next time I went my daughter and her family were with me. The drive through was closed AGAIN and the poor kid inside was alone AGAIN. Is it the policy of Subway Restaurants to have shops with only 1 person working and for customers to wait as much as or more than 40 minutes?

I pulled in the drive through to place an order at 7:45 and the girl came to the window with a frustrated look on her face. I said are you closed she said yea. I asked what time they closed she said 8pm. Mind you it was 7:45. Why on earth can you not take orders 15 minutes until closing? Never going here again.

Went there about 1 pm today. Service was ok. I ordered the Cali Turkey bacon with crushed avacado. The sub had two thin slices of turkey on it (I ordered a 6 inch). Is this what they do to get you to pay for extra meat? Guess I will stick to getting my subs from Firehouse and Jimmy Johns. Not happy with the food I was given.

I haven’t had a sub in a while and really looked forward to it! I always get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. I was disappointed when I took a bite and thought I broke a tooth or something terrible when I found two sharp pieces of cut up bones in my meat. This has never happened before and I was surprised to find it in my sandwich. I think they need to be careful when preparing the meat. If it’s prepackaged they should contact their supplier.

Awful experience. Placed order online. They botched the order. Attempted to contact store. No answer. Emailed corporate. The franchisee emailed me and basically said “oops”. No offer to correct issue. Avoid if you want your correct order.

They listen while making your subs, which is unusual these days at subway. Clean and polite. The only reason I give it 4 stars is sometimes their slow, but we do live in a small town :).
