Super nice gringo staff. The food was great. The cashier taking our order mentioned that the salsa was really spicy, so I went for it. It passed for a tasty mild salsa.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. I called ahead, order was done quickly and correctly. Traditional tacos were bland due to the unseasoned or underseasoned meat. Taco salad was the same. Unfortunately nothing really to giving me a reason to want to go there again.

Nearly every Wednesday I purchase the taco buffet and take a container to go, and take enough food for 5 tacos. That doesn’t seem to be excessive given that the sign specifically says “All You Can Eat Taco Buffet $7.50 Tax and Drink included” and I don’t come back for refills.
However, today I was pulled aside and asked not to take so much food. The employee I spoke to made an effort to be polite about it, but seemed to think that I piled my plate too high when I purchase food. I had previously heard employees talking amongst themselves, making rude comments about me when I came, but had chosen to ignore it as long as an issue wasn’t made because this is the closest place to my work to get food.
I don’t appreciate being told I eat too much at an all-you-can-eat-buffet. An appropriate response would be to raise the price of the buffet if my five tacos were somehow harming the business’ profits, and I would have been happy to pay it. The food is decent and tasty. Customer service is not up to par. You get +3 stars for the food and -2 stars for the customer service.

Had Gringo’s cater over 120 employees. Hands down the best taco bar! Our employees were very satisfied. The help cleaning up was outstanding as well. Reasonable price.

I’ve had nothing but great experience here! We call ahead and order lunch quite often and Cody is always super perky and nice on the phone which makes my experience even better! They always have our food ready for us when we get there and it’s hot and fresh! Great customer service and great food!!

..Fast friendly service. They handed me a pager which made me chuckle since I was their only customer. The refried beans had an awesome flavor with a hint of smokiness…the burrito meat was the some of the chewiest I’ve ever had..hence the minus one star.
