Since they don’t like to get back to their customers when there is an issue, I’m here to give a 1 star review.
I ordered a large veggie stuffed crust pizza and the 4 dipper deal. They shoved 5 sauces into the pizza box and put them all on TOP of the pizza instead of putting them in a separate bag. One of the sauces was the garlic Parm, which they put upside down on the pizza … The entire sauce cup was emptied out on the pizza before I even received it. This mFe it inedible. Contacted them about it and they never got ahold of me. No surprise this store has such low ratings.

They didn’t even bother to cut pizza slices and even worse, they took it out of the oven too soon. It wasn’t cooked all the way through underneath the crust. I’m disappointed with the brownies as they just threw them in the container, part of them are smashed upwards.

If it were up to just the food, it would be my favorite pizza place. The pizza’s are really good, however it is unfortunate they the crust isn’t as fluffy as I remember. Still, the pizza is never burnt when I order it, and they have great side options. They have the best Cheese Bread Sticks I know of. Sometime, not often, I get their Cookie Cake or whatever it’s called. That’s really good to. It’s also pretty affordable. Inside the place itself, it doesn’t have many decorations. Which is fine, most people just get a delivery any how. Speaking of delivery, the times I order deliver are the worst. This is the reason it’s a three star review, they always are late. I don’t know why, but they take forever. And when the pizza comes it’s probably cold.

On 12-20-24 I ordered 2 medium pizzas for the family. While eating my 3rd pepperoni slice,I bit on something hard. I found a small gray/black screw in the pizza. When I called, I spoke to a female general manager. Even though my pizza boxes were placed directly from the driver onto my kitchen table, the general manager said; “it did come from us.” I explained to her that the pizza was brought directly to my kitchen table, never encountering anything that had screws of any kind. She acted like she didn’t believe me and just said she would refund my money. I asked what would have happened if my kid had swallowed that and choked? After hanging up, I double checked my kitchen to be absolutely certain no screw could have gotten into the pizza on my end. I called Papa John’s back, speaking again to the same manager, and asked her to double check her oven so that this would not happen to anyone else’s pizza. She responded with “yeah, I’m gonna reach my hand into a hot oven to look for screws”. Then she said she had been there since 8am and the screw did not come from there and hung up on me. I have never encountered a manager who had such disregard for listening to a customer. I’ll never be ordering from this Papa John’s ever again.

The best pizza, not greasy at all, we almost always get the Hawaiian barbecue chicken pizza. The philly cheese pizza is really good as well. The papadias, wings, brownies, garlic knots, cinnamon rolls, and now pasta are so delicious. I highly recommend Papa John’s, a bit pricer than other pizza companies, but well worth it, plus they always have coupons and deals. Such a great selection, so much to choose from and they allow you to customize your pizzas and orders.

I don’t give low reviews often and usually give a place three chances before deciding to stop ordering—everyone can have an off day, and issues can happen. However, Papa John’s has officially lost my business. My last three orders have been disappointing: the pizza was cardboard-thin, dry, tasteless, and arrived cold each time. Even reheating didn’t help. For my latest order, the pizza was ready, picked up by the driver 15 minutes later, and then delivered another 10 minutes after that. Best of luck to them, but I’m done

Pay your own damn employees. Automatically adding a tip for picking up a pizza is bullshit. Everybody pay attention to your bill they will automatically add a tip unless you uncheck the box. I’m picking up myself and all they’re doing is handing me a pizza over-the-counter and doing what they’re getting paid to do I can tip if I like the service.

Great price on a Gluten Free pizza. I have had several top notch visits to this location over the past few months. Prepared very quickly and cooked perfectly even on a busy weekend night. Excellent customer service. Great staff work here! Pleasantly surprised by the good quality of my order.

Where do I ever start, everything was wrong! Right off the bat the app gave issues, I called to make sure only one order was placed not multiple. Whoever answered was rude and gave me attitude. Driver was extremely late and couldn’t follow directions even when I called and explained exactly how to find me. Food was cold obviously by then. Opened the box the entire family all looked at each other like what is this? It was thin, greasy hard as a rock and just plain downright gross. The cookie wasn’t any better.
