I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 25 years I just ordered some of their new sandwiches the boss and The all-American the number 6 and the number 10 and I did the extra meat, I ordered the pro version $7.50 extra I paid $15 per sub but it is ridiculous, Worse subs ever try to call the store 5 times spoke to some young kid never sees the owner doesn’t know who made the sandwich terrible do not order from there worst ever taken from somebody 25 years in the business water rip off I’m gonna post the pictures. Fortunately doordash refunded $40 out of my $50 order

The young man that served me was great. He was so polite. He smiled, greeted me, made my sandwich just how I wanted it. It was so nice to walk into Subway and have someone smile and act like they enjoy there job. Unlike people that have the job and don’t like it. This young man was great at his job for being new. If I could give him more than a 5 star I would! So nice to see someone smile.

I ordered from this subway for dinner and had it delivered. My order was missing items subs were made wrong and to top it off my meatball sub was put in a brown bag not even wrapped up with chip bags put on top of it. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the do some nasty stuff like that. I spent $70 at that store for dinner for my family and got the worst service ever ! I will never eat at this place again they should teach their employees better then they do. If I could rate this store -stars I definitely would !

I came in to an empty Subway Saturday night at 8:20 with one employee behind the counter, and after standing for a minute he tells me he will be with me in a moment. For the next 10 minutes he proceeds to move breads off trays to new trays without acknowledging me, asking me how I’m doing and keeping his back to me the whole time. I ended leaving the restaurant before I was served. They did not make me feel respected as a customer and I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

The older woman from Peru is so nice, I work in the plaza and I come here probably once a week for lunch. Every time I am served by her, she is so sweet, and likes to chat a little bit, which I enjoy. She always greets people coming in and Is friendly with them. I looked on the receipt to find her name but couldn’t find it sadly. Hopefully they are able to narrow it down and give her the recognition she deserves.

This was the second time this store has messed up. I don’t know if the employee is stoned it stupid, but when you tell him to put one thing on and he puts something else on 3 TIMES! Them today my wife brings home a steak and cheese and there’s hardly any meat on it. The last 2″ on Both sides was just bread with a little bit of meat in the middle. Employee’s name today was Jimmy @4pm on Jan 14th 2018. Called up there and he just hung up when I said there was a problem. Go to a different Subway, never had a problem in 15-20 years of eating there until now.

The smell of this place is the life of whenever you are at the Seabreeze Plaza walking by from one place to another. My daughter is a really huge fan of Subway and Ice to come up here with any spare dollar she has to get something hot and fresh and quick that is at a reasonable price for a girl to be able to afford. While we are not huge fans of Subway I do have to say that my daughter is a huge fan and really likes it here.

I always have to have a fizzy fountain drink with my sandwiches. I was there 3 weeks ago, no fountain drinks. None. I went in again today, same signs. No fountain drinks. Didn’t get Subway today.
