UPDATE 2-10-26: After leaving the review below and leaving a review by email, I was contacted by the store manager and we spoke about my issues. She was very nice about everything. Seemed very concerned about my problem and wanted to make things right and she did. She explained how she was making that location better by striving to make better quality food and service for her customers, replacing and training new and current employees. So after speaking with her it was totally understandable what she and her franchise was going through. She doesn’t want to lose customers she wants to keep them and have them as good loyal customers. She did right by speaking with me and actually listening. She made another order and it was absolutely perfect!! Thank you Julie for taking the time to listen and care about me as a person and now loyal customer! I greatly appreciate it!!
We order the XL New York Style Pizzas, 3 of them for our family by delivery. While delivery was very fast, they did use DoorDash( no extra fees were added) . The pizzas were absolutely nasty! The crust was hard, not flavored, the toppings were horrible tasting, not fresh tasting. This pizza tasted like someone tied to make a homemade pizza and failed miserably. We will never order from here again! Hopefully this is one of the stores that are closing !

This is the worst place to order from I called in order and placed it for delivery they said 30mins. After 45 I called to check on it they said it was out for delivery and would be there in 5 mins. After an hour and a half I called back and they said I would need to pick it up. Manager does not care and hung up on me because I asked for area managers contact information. Gm is never in store and says that if you are unhappy you can come in to speak with her after she gets back in on Tuesday afternoon. However will be of no help otherwise as it is her day off. We tried the pizza melts from the T mobile offer, got the meat lovers. Delicious! Don’t know the name of the manager but she was very personable and helpful. There aren’t any sit down Pizza Huts here in Winston Salem, so this is a pick-up location. All good.

The first time ordering here and everything was excellent! I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and a chicken alfredo pasta with cheese sticks. I ordered around 6 pm on Thursday and it all arrived around 6:30 pm! Loved it!

I order from this Pizza Hut off Peter’s Creek often because it is so close basically across the street. It only takes 15 minutes which is perfect because there’s no rush for me. I gather my keys in 20 minutes, drive over and there it is PAID FOR on the app, piping hot and ready for the little starving birdies waiting on the hot worms Papa brings back to the nest. No worms tonight, however, because this Pizza Hut providesm us with Italian meats and veggies galore!
It is always fresh, always hot and delicious!
Then everyone is full and quiet, and for Papa bird, it will stay that way a little longer because everyone is full of REAL food, gathered fresh from the Hut!
Before long, they’ll be “singing for their supper” because they’ll need a quick snack again!
It WILL be worms THIS time!

I have been to this store numerous times and usually have a longer wait time than what was given online. This is the first time that I have not had a longer wait time; I also waited at least an additional twenty minutes before I went to pick up. This was a big improvement. The staff member who assisted me was not very warm.
