Just came in for a sub & Josian greeted me so warm and kindly. Had a big smile on his face and was just an absolute pleasure. He was thorough and keeping busy making sure everyone got what they needed in a quick fashion while maintaining such friendliness. My sandwich looks delicious, and he was a one man show doing everything which is not easy to do. Josian really made my experience such a nice one I had to leave a review. He’s a huge asset to your company & a great face of the company!!

Do not order from here through any apps. I’ve ordered from here twice through Ubereats and they’ve gotten my order wrong both times. It was either the wrong order entirely or one of the items was wrong. It is probably better to go in person so you can order face to face vs trusting them to read/follow the order ticket/directions through Ubereats, etc.

Yup my dad gets my food for everyday and their sandwiches ARE the best! You can’t deny it, W Restaurant, even tho they’re expensive. Is worth the price, only bad thing, it smells too Smokey, their service is overall great and we come by here everyday

They gave me chicken instead of steak….. Why would I go for chicken for my cheese steak…. Now my break is over and have to toss this shit,was really looking forward to my cheese steak but this is the second time you guys mess this up. I will tell you a little bit about my experience, first off they were probably four or five employees standing not doing anything when they should be at least clean some tables the minute I sat down there were three tables that they were not clean or haven’t been touched in the past couple of hours, Men’s restroom was clean the Ladies room was NoT, the atmosphere’s is pretty nice but if is going to continue to be the way it is then Jersey Mike is no different from the other competition. I saw one of the guys who makes the sandwich go in and out of the restaurant like 10 times, However thank God the food was good!!!

mobile order gave pickup estimate of 12:07pm but sandwich was only by 12:25pm… in store orders are getting ready immediately but online orders were delayed quite a bit… customer service can be improved, can be courteous to keep delayed customers happy…

Ignorant staff. Also dont follow simple directions. Asked for a LITTLE oil and vinegar. He gave me at least 2 shot glasses worth of each. I felt rushed the entire time and he didnt really walk me through the “selections” and was annoyed the entire time. Other employees were fine. I ate half my sandwich and threw it away and went elsewhere to get an edible lunch.

My company placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the order hadn’t even been started. At first, the staff couldn’t find the order in their system. A couple of minutes later, an employee returned with the printed details of the order and only then began preparing it which add an additional 25 minutes. Staff was friendly. They just let this one slip. Unfortunately, It was a big delay and inconvenience.
