Had two chicken wraps and a fish sandwich that were straight up freezing cold, just thrown in like they couldn’t give less of a damn. The fish tasted nasty as hell and gave me diarrhea instantly that I had to run to the store across to empty out my intestines. Staff were rude and completely useless. Cold food, shitty service, waste of money. This place is a joke. Eat anywhere else.

Horrible service. Drinks that taste like the filter in the pop machine need to be changed, and the fries are always cold… even when you ask for “Made to Order.” Fast food is too expensive for the service to be so horrible. Do better!!

Late night visit at around 10 pm and I pulled up to the window and there was a 5 minute wait because the guy at the window said that they’re making my sandwich fresh. Got my sandwich, it was cold along with my fries. He claimed my sandwhich was gonna be nice and hot but I couldn’t even smell it and the foil was cold then I unwrapped it and it’s cold of course. I think he meant my steak nuggets because they were the only hot fresh thing tonight. I ordered the chicken sandwhich with curly fries and my fries were so cold that I went around and had to ask for fresh fries. I did not mention my sandwich because I know what it’s like to be paid minimum wage and I just got home and currently heating my sandwhich up. The steak nuggets were the only good tasting fresh item out of the other food I ordered. On top of that I got a HI C with my meal and it was watered down so at the window I asked for a sprite that’s also watered down. Probably won’t pay this Arby’s location another visit.

Waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant for a to go order. It was greasy and cold. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but this place really lowers the bar when it comes to competency. I know help is extremely hard to find, but It’s obvious you’ve given up. My grandchildren are faster on an easy bake oven…and the food is better.

Didn’t feel like cooking so Arby’s it was… lol love their roast beef sandwiches, also got the potato cakes but they seemed like they were cooked in old oil… overall it was ok

Food was great the chicken melted in your mouth, it was so juicy. The pasta and potatoes were very tasty and seasoned to perfection. The green beans were flavorful and just so delicious. I had 2 plates it was that good then brought home some food for my daughter.

The last 2 times I have been here I have been impressed with the customer service. Friendly, calling me “Miss” and then by name once they had gotten that for my order. Checking in with me while eating to ask how everything was. Very impressive! I was there 8/8/25 around 1:45pm, not sure who the male cashier and female sandwich artist were but they were very lovely!

I’ve been getting the loaded Italian since you brought it back. I have noticed the meat portion is getting smaller and smaller the last 2 times I was at your location. Haven’t had this problem at others. It went from loaded to barely there.
