[UPD] Stopped by today again to try different food from them. Garlic Crispy Chicken is a banger but their Fried Green Beans with sauce are a must. This is my favorite appetizer ever – light a crispy batter, perfectly soft and flavorful beans and wonderfully prepared secret dipping sauce. Just wow.
Honest food. You can taste the ingredients, and the chef knows what they are doing. Fantastic food! I’m not even a fan of Thai food normally but I’m certainly coming back here. Ordered garlic beef over rice – absolute banger (the sauce is very tasty) and pad thai with chicken. Everything is flavorful, tastes fresh and you can discern different flavor layers. Absolutely worth its price and beats 95% of “dine-in” places I’ve been to at similar or higher price range. It took 10-15 min for the order to be ready so if you’re in a hurry to get some laps at Stevens – call them and order ahead (they encourage you to do so) – that’s what I’m going to be doing next time. Believe the google map ratings – it is that good!

Theres a wait- who cares? Its worth it. Some of the best food in the state. If you like flavor, eat here. Very Isarn thai meets Chinese American take out. The waterfall beef feels like a marriage of beef street tacos & mongolian toothpick lamb, and it is a good marriage. The deep fried greenbeans are novel but immediately make sense. The house ginger beer is fresh, spicy and sweet. The orange chicken is familiar but intentional. Eat here.

My husband doesn’t like a lot of Asian food, but agreed to go here as we were stuck in heavy traffic and getting very hungry. We got there late but they accommodated us and he LOVED his sweet and sour chicken and I loved the authentic Thai dish I ordered. It was amazing and spicy enough for my husband! We now come back at least twice/month.

I have driven by this place a number of times on my way to Seattle. And I am now kicking myself that I have never stopped before. The fried chicken is so crispy and juicy, the rice is fluffier than your mom’s freshly groomed poodle. I also got the spicy Thai sausage to try and it is probably the biggest flavor bomb I’ve ever had. Spicy, tangy, lemongrass pork filling that makes your eyes water. These people are doing the lords work. If you drive by, you need to turn around immediately. You won’t regret it.

A hidden gem for sure… Who would expect to find the best Thai/Lao food they’d ever had anywhere to be served out of a yellow food trailer in Gold Bar? I surely did not, but what a delightful surprise!!! They have my highest recommendation, simply amazing.

Everything I ordered was amazing, the guy there helped me figure out what I would like best. This place offers so many dishes for being a food truck! Absolutely would recommend! I ate the rest too fast before I thought to take a picture.

Hands down one of the best Thai-Lao places in Washington. I had the waterfall beef and it was packed with so much flavor. I always try to make a stop here whenever I’m in the area.

Great to-go Thai option! They are busy so expect a bit of a wait, but entirely worth it. Portions were generous so you have some left overs to look forward to.

We were really hungry on our way down from Stevens, saw this little yellow food truck on the side of the road and decided to stop. These flavors and textures have us speechless, I have never had food this delicious. If you’re thinking of waiting until a bit further down the road, don’t! You should stop and eat here instead. I’m not surprised that all of the other reviews are 5 star as well.
