This is literally a hole-in-the-wall takeout place. It’s in a strip mall and it’s a bit run down, but don’t let that scare you off. The menu is extensive, with most of the ‘American’ Chinese food favorites, except that I was not able to get Moo Shu Pork – disappointing. The service was excellent and our food was well packaged to take home. The food was very good. I have not had American-Chinese food for a while, but this brought back a lot of memories. The cooking was spot on. Beware, the portion sizes are enormous. I also took it as a very good sign that the woman taking our order wrote it out in Chinese.

I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered blindly and showed up to find soap and shampoo for sale but I was ultimately surprised by the food. They are in desperate need of a store front makeover but again, the food was actually really good. I’ve had the General Tso’s chicken twice now which was perfectly cooked, with a great sauce, and the portion was huge for a lunch cost of $6. I would order again without hesitation. The DHEC rating was 100% as well which was the highest I could find of any restaurants around them….something else that surprised me.

Shrimp broccoli was good and I asked that they make it a little spicy & they had no problem adding to it. The egg roll wasn’t really good. All together was $7.50 for a fair portion of food.

Very friendly staff, and the food was really good! I was worried with the different reviews but this will be our spot from here on out. The lemon pepper wings, General Tsao and orange chicken were spot on and portions were huge!

We ordered take-out from here, twice. It was really good food and reasonably priced (compared to other restaurant prices in the HHI area). The Mongolian Beef and Fried Dumplings were to die for!

What a lovely place to eat. I thought the food was tasty, filling, and moderately healthy. I love their seafood soup and the steamed veggies are so wholesome.This is a wonderful place to go out and eat, so if you have the chance please stop by and support this business. 🙂

This is my go-to place for Chinese food on the island. Having grown up with Chinese food and eaten at Chinatowns in Los Angeles and New York, I was pleasantly surprised with the nuances and in-depth layers of flavors for the dishes I have tried here.
The vegetables in the beef/chicken with broccoli were cooked to a perfect bite (not too over or under cooked). The sauce had a deep rich flavor without being too oily or salty.
The Singapore noodles hold true to a traditional dish with the spicy curry flavor and an excellent ratio of ingredients (although the vegetables could be a little more robust).
The lo mein has great flavor and the chicken was moist.
Highly recommended.

The orange chicken was good, and the portion was big. I’ll get two meals out of this, easily. The egg drop soup was not good, in my opinion. It was greasy and had no flavor. I called in my order, and it was ready to pick up in 15 minutes.

We ordered to-go and although we ordered six dishes they took about fourty minutes. The food was mediocre and I had to eat quickly or it stuck together in a blob. The restaurant was filthy and there was an out of order sink next to the tables. It looked like there was only one person doing all the work and their menu was cluttered. The lady was kind but she could not keep up. 3/10 would not eat again.
