Absolutely rude staff. I don’t know who the girl is but the older lady behind the register had a ridiculous and unnecessary rude comment about my wife who is a doordasher just doing her job. My wife went in and asked for her order, the older lady at the register says “no offense, but I really hate you guys” she has never met my wife and my wife has never met her. This place really needs to do some retraining on how to provide customer service. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous that you’d hire someone so rude to someone thy have never met before. I’m surprised you’re still in business with the people you employ here.

I ate here for the very first time, even though they have been around for years. My employer game me a gift card for Christmas last year. I placed an online pickup order. When I got home, I realized they shorted me 3 cookies that were purchased with the gift card. Instead of allowing me to come in and get the 3 cookies I was shorted, they wanted to take my name down to make it up on the next order. I was not ok with this. Who knows when the next time I’ll be in. So they said they will send me out a gift card instead. I guess it’s better than nothing. It’s unprofessional though. They started asking me what the name of my employer who gave me the gift card? I asked, why does that matter? It’s a gift card that I was given for Christmas. That should not matter. I did tell him though. They said the gift card will be mailing out tomorrow? Never received it! It’s been 2 weeks now. So they obviously think just because I received a gift card and they make an error, they don’t see a reason to correct it? It’s still money the employer paid. It’s not right or fair to me that they wouldn’t give me the cookies I was shorted in the first place. They are nothing but thieves in my opinion! Never ordering from them again! Even if their food was good! Watch your orders before you leave the store! They will not correct it fairly!!!

I tried the turkey lunchbox and let me say the turkey was thick and so delicious. The sweet maui onion kettle chips were awesome and the cookie was the softest cookie I ever had. Totally recommend this place.

The girl at the register was very polite and professional. In terms of the quality of the food that was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. One of the first times something actually looks like the picture.

I’ve been a customer for a long time. I ordered two hams for Easter I reserved them when I got to the store to pick them up. They told me they didn’t have them and I had to take a bigger ham that I didn’t want. I don’t think that was good Customer service, especially after buying and being a good customer there for a long time That’s why I’m leaving a 1 star !

If you love glazed ham,roasted turkey, or smoked turkey, this is THE PLACE to get it. All products such as the mentioned but also they have some really good side dishes. HBH is the place to go for family events or a little romantic evening for two without worrying about all the fus. The only thing that you have to cook are frozen items and their slider sandwiches, which are prepared and ready to go.The meats are cooked in the back. Also,check out their catering menu for corporate meetings/events,etc.

Beware, you cannot use gift cards with any of their coupons! We came here to pick up our ham early to get their $7 discount. We bought gift cards from Costco a while back and wanted to use it for this purchase. We could not use the gift card to buy with the coupon which is really upsetting. We called ahead of time before purchasing the ham, and it would have been nice if the staff told us about this during our call.
