I’ve given this location another shot way too many times. They are consistently BAD at making subs, even a simple turkey, cheese and lettuce sub can’t be done right. I’d prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the Subway on Pine Lake Ave.

Very clean, restroom included. Veggies were all fresh and we had veggie flatbread sandwiches. People preparing the sandwiches did good job with quantities. Drink stands were also very clean. Mat coming in the door could have been swept. Very pleased with everything.

Where do I even start! What a great experience. My first time at a Subway establishment in a long time, and I was extremely pleased! The two girls working were amazing! They accommodated my every request with smiles on their faces. I’ll definitely be coming back as long as I’m treated with the same service the girls working gave me today! 🙂

Very friendly and helpful staff, good sandwiches and manager heard cashier tell us our coupon was expired by 2 days and she stepped in and granted the use of our coupons. The moment we walked in the door we were heartedly welcomed by all the staff.

Tried something new, compared to my usual. It wasn’t to bad, was definitely different. The price though just for the footlong alone was ridiculous though low. My footlong was the Cali sub (not sure the full name of it off the top of my head) But a footlong sub for that one was $14 on it’s own…for $14 I expected more. Maybe it was also because of whoever made my sandwich squeezed the avocado spread out of the bad and barely put any on there. she also made it with lettuce and not spinach and the mozzarella were barely even warmed up on my sandwich. Overall, like I said it wasn’t to bad, just could have been better if it was made the way it was supposed to be and maybe just a little warmer. Both my husbands and my sandwich were a MESS though. The lady that did the veggies to the sandwich practically made it like an open face sandwich. Now I know for sure that is not how you make those (I use to work for subway years ago). So that took it down a star automatically just because it was so hard to even try eating. The ladies were nice though and the atmosphere wasn’t bad considering it was for their 4th of July parade day.

This subway is ran very unprofessional. They do not train very well, than fire the new workers because they not trained… I can honestly say I would drive 100 miles to get a sub than to go 1/2 mile to this subway to give them my business. They need to find a manager that is professional and not call her employees drunk all the time like she does. Not impressed

Tonight is last time we spend money with this location. Rude, sad employees that don’t even care your standing in front of them as they act pathetic and rude. Not to mention ask 10 times “ pickles”? Yes if you’d listen and look at me when you converse, instead of your co worker or phone.
Won’t go back. Sad too. Lots of mouths to feed in my family. North Liberty needs a restaurant
