As a frequent consumer of Jersey Mike’s in my home state I was very happy to see one in NH when we came off the freeway. However, it must be said that the three young people that were working were just too exhausted to deal with the amount of orders coming in. They had on line orders and in person orders.

You could tell on the face of the young lady making the cold cut sandwiches that she was exhausted.

Management is to blame. You need more staff so they can rotate and not be at the grill for hours or standing for hours manning the register, in person orders and online orders. You are exploiting these young people. Shame on you!!

My sandwich was delicious (after I scraped half a bottle of mustard off of it). I specifically asked for a thin line of mustard and she squirted a huge glob.
I didn’t bother to tell her anything because I, along with the rest of the guests could see how upset she was.I would be too if worked non-stop like that.

I took my sandwich next door to eat it with cup of hot coffee from Starbucks.

Hire more people and pay them well!!!! I hope you take this review seriously!!!

When I came in the other day, the employee with the duck pin (I think that’s what it was!) completely made my day. He helped me from start to finish, was incredibly efficient, and made my food perfectly. On top of that, he was so friendly and welcoming. it felt like we’d been friends for years. Customer service like that really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Maybe it’s just being this far North, but this place is awful. So, today’s “bad sub” story, as there are more than one, helped me make the decision to never eat here again. Imagine looking at lettuce, that is supposed to be used for sandwiches, in it’s container and it’s not just brown, but rotten. When I asked for different or better lettuce I was told that was it. When I asked if she could maybe cut some fresh, she also said no. I would drink a cup of my own vomit before every eating there again. The staff looked unwashed, and the food is sub par at best. Same with most places, they are good in big cities, then you stick one up north and the owners are held hostage by the fact that there is no one who works or cares about their work. All set with this place. Subway is just as bad, but it a half a step above this place.

First time at Jersey Mike’s in Littleton. We arrived around 7:15 pm no customers except us. The place was an absolute mess. The meat slicer looked as if it had sliced meat on it that was meant to be cleaned; tables were filthy with dirty napkins scattered all over the floor. I paid $10.00 for a tuna sub which was probably the biggest rip-off. Clean the place up!! The two people on were very nice to your credit!!

I am a frequent Jesery Mike’s enjoyer. This restaurant was out of both bacon and pepper relish, which they didnt tell me prior to ordering a club, which is supposed to come with bacon. They also put the most minuscule amount of meat on the sub that I’ve ever seen at ANY sub restaurant. My $20 sub should have cost $7. Pissed.

I will tell you what this place was crazy busy and the gentleman that made our subs was awesome. He did an excellent job. Everything tasted great. I really believe that some people just need to get a grip. It is not the employees fault if they are understaffed nor the employer, I am sure the employer would like more staff just like I’m sure the employee would like more help so try to be a little more patient and nice to people instead of being rude and obnoxious. It goes a long way most of the time. Even though they were clearly understaffed, they were still very nice. Keep up the great work!

Was good, but sandwich size has gone way down since opening. Both in length and in contents. Just paid $11 for a sub that was aboit 7 inches long, with 4 pickles, some lettuce, 2 peices of bacon, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham, and 3 slices of cheese… anx they disnt even put it in a bag…pretty disappointing, go to whitefirld Subway for a much better sandwich/deal.

I went in here with my blind step father (glasses on and white cane in hand). I went to order at the counter a simple cheesesteak, the man at the register told me he couldn’t take my order there and rudely pointed to the “order here” sign, so I had to do tight space walking with my step dad bc there’s really not much room in between the ropes to easily get a blind person to that end of the restaurant and it scared him stepping on the poles. Exceptions should be made for the disabled, he could have easily taken our order at the register and been more respectful and accommodating. Do better Jersey Mike’s.

Waited in line close to 45 minutes to order a sandwich. The poor guy that was making sandwiches for the customers kept getting pulled off to fill “online” orders. The manager was useless.. she could have come up front to give them a hand, all she did was get sassy to us when we asked why we’d been waiting so long, not a team player. Many people walked out, many orders were canceled, they lost a lot of business this lunch time.

I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s but this location really needs some more help. On a Saturday night they had literally 2 people there handling in person and online orders. I walked in and it looks like a hurricane hit the kitchen. Stood around for 5 minutes, and while one worker did acknowledge me, I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for my food and went elsewhere. Most understaffed location I’ve ever seen.
